A veteran reader's tastes: I like a moderate amount of wish fulfillment, and most of my picks aren't harem novels! I can't stand face-slapping, harems, or excessive wish fulfillment. I've been reading novels for years and have collected some I think are good, ranked by stars, with five stars being the highest.
Bookshelf Additions to Keep an Eye On
Some I read now and then, though a few don't quite suit my taste. I'll keep an eye on them. Some have gone missing without a word or even a comment. Could you at least give us a little hope?
Feel-Good Reads, Easy and Relaxing
Urban, System, reborn, historical, sci-fi, fantasy, with a light and refreshing feel.
Top Picks: Everyone Has Their Own Taste
Different strokes for different folks. These are the books I've collected. Whether they're by great authors, established writers, or newcomers, give them a read if they sound appealing.
Urban Book Station: Recommending The Legendary Pilot
I'm a tech nerd. I can read, but I can't express myself. I especially like technical books about industry and military manufacturing. For urban novels, I tend to read workplace stories, transmigration, rebirth, and medicine, though I'll recommend other genres if they suit my taste. After reading so many stories about air force pilots getting all kinds of cheat-like advantages, and all the thrills and danger faced by air force test pilots, why not try something different? Here's a novel about a c
My All-Time Favorites
These are probably the books I've been reading lately. I think they're all pretty good, and there are all sorts of genres. I read pretty widely, so I hope there's something here you'll like.
Lu Xiaoyi's Private Bookshelf
Just now, October 2, 2017. On the second day of the National Day holiday, I upgraded the app and found my account had been banned. I couldn't cast monthly votes or grab red envelopes anymore. Customer service said they had no backend data, but their "specialists" had decided I'd violated the rules, and they absolutely refused to lift the ban... Three months later, I got a lifetime ban from book reviews and a six-month ban from monthly votes. Big platform, big ego!! (Without the fun of joining in
Might as Well Call It Goudan's Library
I really, truly am asking you to follow me! I generally avoid mindless stories and prefer passionate farming stories. I also love protagonists with fun personalities.

A Reading List Made for Fun
Reborn novels I'm following. If you know any similar books, let me know in the comments. I made this list hoping the authors who write good books will keep writing.
Books to Read When You're Out of Ideas, Take Your Pick!
Take a look for yourself. I'm no good at writing descriptions! And if you know any good books, be sure to recommend them to me! I lost track of The Imperial Physician and The Rise of a Literary Giant in the Republic of China, two books I really liked. What a shame!

Those Books I Finished Back in the Day...
There are plenty of books that get finished, but even more get abandoned halfway through. There are plenty of books with great beginnings, but even more go off the rails halfway through. There are plenty of books with great worldbuilding, but even more fall apart halfway through.
My Personal Collection, Shared with You
Books from my personal bookshelf. Feel free to take a look. I've been reading for over ten years. I started out liking urban supernatural novels, then moved on to urban rebirth stories, and lately I've been more into historical novels. If you like the list, give it a thumbs-up! 😄 Damn, I somehow got subscribed to two books for no reason (Junzhu Changning and Ghostly Business: Meng Po's Bar), and my password wasn't even changed! What the hell is going on?! Qidian's backend must've swallowed them
Man Can Conquer Fate
Everyone can change the world through tireless effort. How far can we go toward becoming the protagonists ourselves?
Steel Jungle
Books I think are good and worth reading: entertainment, doting dads, technology, romance, school life, and more. I pick whatever catches my eye and feels right.
Top-Quality Reads
A good book every day. No tragic stories, no pretentious writing. Contemporary, entertainment, historical, and anime-inspired fiction.
Recommendations from a Veteran Reader of Ten Years

[Comment] I don't understand why the author always emphasizes that the protagonist is neither tall nor short! This is very uncomfortable!
Maybe the author doesn't want the protagonist to get involved in male-female matters too early, but I want to say that one of the most disgusting things about reading novels is that they write a bunch of very sexy female characters, but not one of them! This kind of author is black all his life. I'm currently waiting to see what the author's thoughts are.
The author probably has never done business. In the business world, it is most taboo to bring acquaintances to support relatives. Most of these businesses will not last long! In the book, every time an idea is started, people from the village are invited to come in. This is not a village organization but a private enterprise. How can it still be used when there are a lot of shareholders when starting a business?
The protagonist is so immature, he was kicked out of school because of a woman! This is something a mature man can do. It looks childish in small things. Why is he successful in doing big things? ? It's not logical
[Comment] A very distinctive record of those born in the 1980s. I saw a lot of familiar things.
A very distinctive record of those born in the 1980s, and I saw a lot of familiar things. 😃
It was already on the bookshelf, but book reviews asked me to take it off the shelf 😁
This book was written before high school. I have basically finished reading it. Even the trivial things in life are very interesting. After high school, it looks like it is about to collapse. In fact, I personally feel that if you write a book about rural areas, you don't necessarily have to write about the richest man in the world, and then take advantage of everything that makes money.
[Comment] Has the author written any other books?
The Ancestral Sword Gold has appeared in other places. It seems that I saw it in more than one book. I remember one book in which the protagonist felt that the sword would be sold by the police station anyway. So I took it as a matter of course. Then sell gold as the first pot of gold.
[Comment] I personally think this book is a masterpiece among rural novels
The author's writing is concise but engaging, and the plot design is not overly exaggerated. He gives the protagonist some benefits but does not let him change his life or simply get rich. In fact, what I recognize most is that the protagonist is low-key but deliberately suppressed, acts very measuredly, rationally uses the advantages of rebirth, and operates slowly.
[Comment] I don't know where the author is from
I often like to add "" after a sentence. I don't know where the grammar is from. It feels weird.
@Author, Lao Tie, where are you from in Hunan?
