A Study on the Evolution of Ci Style During the Xiaozong Period of the Southern Song Dynasty
Literature南宋孝宗时期词风嬗变研究
Chen Lili
During the Qian and Chun reigns of Emperor Xiaozong of the Southern Song Dynasty, Xin Qiji and Jiang Kui stepped onto the stage one after another, and the poetry world of later generations has never been freed from their barriers. Lyricists of all generations have recognized the importance of this period but have different opinions. Specifically, Xiaozong's poetry broke the dominance of erotic poetry since the late Tang Dynasty. Themes such as chanting objects, describing feelings, reasoning, birthday wishes, and stanzas were highlighted. "Using poetry as lyrics" was completely realized, and discussions and allusions were extremely common. At the same time, there was a separation between the creation of literati and the entertainment needs of the society, and the songbooks compiled and selected by the public were still mainly composed of Northern Song Dynasty poems. "Poems in the Thatched Cottage" is a typical representative. By comparing the two great poets Su Shi and Xin Qiji, we can also see the differences in the times and the maturity and establishment of the style of poetry in the Southern Song Dynasty.

This book is an important achievement in the theory and criticism of Chinese ethnic minority literature since the 21st century. It is an integrated work of the study of "Chinese Multi-ethnic Literature Historical View". On the basis of a comprehensive explanation of the theoretical basis, basic connotation, structural elements, practical value and academic significance of the multi-ethnic literary historical perspective, the author re-explored the basic issues of Chinese literature research such as time, space, and the national knowledge attributes of Chinese literary history. He summarized the relationship between the multi-ethnic literary historical perspective and the transformation of Chinese history and philosophy, and examined the cultural policies and multi-literary ecology of the world's major multi-ethnic countries. The "multi-ethnic literature" in this book is not the "multi-ethnic literature" within ethnic minorities, but refers to the objective form of multi-ethnic literature in multi-ethnic countries. Therefore, the purpose of this book is not only to promote a theoretical shift in the study of Chinese minority literature, but also to re-examine the multi-ethnic, multi-historical, multi-traditional, multi-form, and multi-lingual characteristics of Chinese literature as well as the historical laws of integration, coexistence, and common development based on the theoretical basis of a multi-ethnic literary historical perspective, thereby promoting the fundamental transformation of Chinese literary research paradigms and the innovation and consolidation of literary discourse in a world-wide sense. Therefore, the construction of the Chinese discourse system of world vision, national consciousness and Chinese multi-ethnic literature research is the theoretical innovation and academic contribution of this book.

The Construction and Extension of Tradition: Research on Literature in Liberated Areas and Others
Literature传统的建构与延拓:解放区文学研究及其他
Hu Yuwei
This book restores and reveals the complex elements contained in the literature of the liberated areas, explores the reasons for the existence and changes of the literature of the liberated areas, and also covers the works of contemporary literary writers and literary phenomena. Literature in the liberated areas has constructed a special tradition, which is renewable. As a latent force, it controls the basic direction and basic way of literary behavior after the founding of New China. Its role is more "original". For later literature, it is by no means just an external restrictive factor and a "shaping" force, but through its effective penetration and refraction, it eventually becomes the spiritual rationale that runs through the writer's thinking and the logical force that affects the internal laws of literary creation.

现代中国古典主义“新诗”理论

The modern Chinese classical poetry school mainly refers to the poetry school that has a deep identification with tradition and has formed a critical relationship with the New Literature Free Verse School. It mainly includes the Jiayin School, the National Essence School, members of the Nanshe School, the Xueheng School, and the New Metrics School in the new literature camp. Although these classical poetic schools also advocate the transformation of ancient poetic styles, their reform ideas are very different from those of the New Literature School. This book systematically examines the "new poetry" concepts of classical-leaning poetry theorists in modern China, and conducts in-depth exploration of the language structure, time awareness, development concepts, and value orientations behind them. This kind of research is of great significance to the dialogue between classical schools and liberal schools, and to the re-start of the theoretical construction of new Chinese poetry.

This book mainly collects 27 papers that I have written over the past few decades since I started teaching in colleges and universities. Among them are already published papers, some papers that have been waiting for publication, and two papers that were revised during the research process. The study of literature from both sides mainly includes three articles on ancient literature from both sides, three articles on Enlightenment literature, five articles on Romantic literature, and seven articles on Modernist literature. It reflects the research direction that the author is concerned about. The four articles on comparative literature theory and translation reflect the author's academic vision and "China concern" in the process of studying Western literature, that is, the ultimate purpose of studying Western literature is to understand and understand one's own literary and cultural conditions. There are five articles on overseas Chinese literature, which mainly reflect the author's thinking on the relationship between Southeast Asian Chinese culture and Chinese traditional culture.

Ancient Chinese literary theory is the literary theory of ancient China. Ancient China did not have a "literary theory" based on Western disciplinary concepts, but it did have the concept of "poetics", which was gradually produced and improved with the development of literature in the long history of ancient China. This book uses the "category" research method to extract and discuss the categories of "poetry, expression of ambition", "fu Bixing" and "sensing things" from ancient Chinese literary theory. It systematically combs ancient Chinese literary theory, including work theory, creation theory, author theory, criticism theory, appreciation theory, etc., And concisely and clearly explains the most basic theoretical content of ancient China on the essential characteristics of literature, literary creation, writers, criticism, appreciation and other related issues.

Yan'an literature is a relatively independent literary form that has more real and lasting contemporary value in the context of modern Chinese culture. The study of Yan'an literature has begun since its birth, and by linking it with the 70-year development of Chinese socialism, it can be seen that the study of Yan'an literature is not only an academic history with specific research objects, but also a history of changes in cultural trends of thought and literary concepts. This book not only provides a useful reference for people to have an in-depth and accurate understanding of Yan'an literature, but also provides valuable academic thinking and reference for writing a more comprehensive and academically connotative history of Yan'an literature research.

The stylistic form of Ci reached its aesthetic peak in the Song Dynasty, and as the fruit of theoretical exploration closely related to Ci, it also evolved from germination to development, enrichment to maturity, leaving a complete historical map. This book conducts a dialectical study of the poetry of the two Song dynasties from an aesthetic perspective, integrating history and logic. It uses modern literary theory to describe and interpret the representative texts of the poetry of the two Song dynasties. It also compares and corroborates the relevant viewpoints of Western aesthetics, and then gives value evaluations and makes corresponding theoretical inductions. It strives to put forward new aesthetic insights based on the unity of dialectical rationality and historical rationality, thus unifying history and logic, abstract and concrete methodologies.

约瑟夫·康拉德小说创作的“复意性”研究

The greatest feature of Joseph Conrad's works is the magical uncertainty. No matter in terms of personality connotation, value orientation, ideology or creative style, it is not single and clear, but has multiple, complex and often self-contradictory meanings. This ambiguous contradiction is not only reflected in the numerous textual mysteries in Conrad's novels, but is also projected onto different readers, reflected in the readers' diverse readings and interpretations of the text based on their individual experiences. This book adopts William Empson's theory of double meaning, in order to explore the deep original meaning of Conrad's textual double meaning through close reading of the text.

乡村中国的社会主义想象:20世纪40—70年代小说研究
Guo Wenyuan
The imagination of the socialist modernization process in rural China in novels from the 1940s to the 1970s was full of richness and complexity. They either reconstructed the ethical order of rural people in the way of rural modern local imagination, or used rural class and revolutionary consciousness to think about the subjectivity of cadres and urban youth, or used narratives of virtue to advertise the future society, which made the imagination of future society lose the possibility of practice. The emergence and concealment of discourse and the gaps in narrative make the discourses that characterize modernity such as literacy, hygiene, efficiency, and technology become ambiguous. As a kind of literature that imagines a new social order, the identification, love and imagination of rural socialism make this literature full of youthful atmosphere, bright color and romantic passion. In the "Short Twentieth Century", the appearance of this piece of literature highlights the efforts of socialist country literature to confirm its own cultural identity in the context of globalization.

From the perspective of ethical narrative, this book focuses on the academic controversy over the "nothing to say" and "moral ambiguity" in Updike's novels, and deeply analyzes the characteristics and formation process of ethical narratives in Updike's novels. It pays special attention to the profound influence of thinkers such as Søren Kierkegaard and Karl Barth on his novel creation. It innovatively constructs three narrative dimensions: contextualized narrative, tragic narrative, and non-authoritative narrative, and combines it with modern narratology theory to deeply analyze the constituent elements and functional mechanisms of this deep narrative model, and then explore how Updike's novels artistically transform ethical intentions into the creative art of novel narrative.

英国维多利亚文学的道德重构

This book takes the literature of the British Victorian era as the research object, and takes the "gentrification" phenomenon as the entry point for research. It rethinks the moral discourse that literature of this era paid attention to, and deepens the moral discourse into the context of British intellectual history, trying to explore the inner connection between moral issues and the decline of the British aristocracy and the rise of the middle class. Although the moral reconstruction of the Victorian era alleviated class conflicts to a certain extent and created a seemingly harmonious social state, the moral concepts of the aristocratic class did not provide spiritual vitality to modern British industrial society, but instead strangled the inherent moral traditions of the middle class.

Wang Xiaoyu
This book systematically sorts out the representative works of the 20th century Russian-Soviet classic writer Platonov (1899-1951), clearly presenting the landscape and common aspirations of the writer in different periods, and explaining the ideological source of the writer's creation and the trajectory of the changes in his worldview. Platonov's creations reflect the complex interaction between utopian thought and dystopia. He cares about human destiny and seriously reflects on social reality in a literary way, searches for truth arduously in the world, and spreads happy souls.

明代古诗、唐诗选本与诗学论争

In the Ming Dynasty, there was fierce sectarian rivalry in the poetry world, and each school used anthologies to set examples, highlight ideas, and attack dissidents. This book takes Ming Dynasty ancient poems and Tang poetry anthologies as the object, and takes the poetic genre differentiation concepts of each school as the core to explore the hot issues about poetic style and poets in the poetic debate in the Ming Dynasty. It emphasizes that anthologies are an important field for Ming Dynasty poets to criticize and attack each other, as well as absorb and transform each other. It not only contains the confrontation and assimilation between different schools, but also carries the criticism and integration within the same school. The anthology is a comprehensive carrier with dialectical quality and a representation of the social culture of that time. The research in this book hopes to enrich the understanding and imagination of Ming Dynasty scholarship and culture through analysis and comparison of reviews and selections of ancient poems and Tang poems, as well as intertextuality with poetic criticism methods such as poetry talks, prefaces and postscripts, etc., Between poetic criticism and cultural analysis.

清代云南诗学研究

Yunnan poetic criticism in the Qing Dynasty was about reflection and return to originality. The former was related to logic, and the latter was related to experience. As methods, both are self-evident like sunlight and air; as beings, they are like sea water and fire waiting to be revealed. Starting from the dual perspective of self-evident existence, Yunnan poetics in the Qing Dynasty implies two propositions: what is poetry - the artistic expression of the subject's temperament; what is poetry - an aesthetic creation based on foundation and interest. From a modern academic perspective, the poetic discourse of Yunnan in the Qing Dynasty is more of a theoretical and intellectual existence; for the regional subject of Yunnan poetics in the Qing Dynasty, its poetic discourse is based on the self-constructed feelings of the poet himself and his family and country, aesthetics and morality.
