In the strong emotions, using the language of poetry to express yourself, any comments are redundant. This is Mu Xin's more readable collection of poems.

"The Banquet of Fish and Beauty" is a selection from my "Answering Questions and Answers" series. Although the topics it touches are limited to literature and art, they are also complex, so the name "Fish and Beauty" was originally meant to describe the success or failure of life, but it turned into a feast full of wine and heart-warming.

Fox's Life in Japan and His Green Years

Mu Xin

129K0

This book is divided into three parts. The first part is the author's diary while studying in Japan, recording every detail of his life and study at that time; the second part is some of the author's insights when he first became a mother; the third part is the modern poems written by the author when he was a girl. The author of this book is a sensitive, thoughtful and talented female doctor, but her path to study was bumpy and tortuous. She first entered a vocational school, then passed the Adult College Entrance Examination to enter university, then went to graduate school and studied in Japan. This kind of life experience not only broadened her horizons, but also made her writings more philosophical. The author's warm memories of her life in Japan, her thoughts on family, parent-child relationships, and the poems she wrote when she was a girl can all give people a new understanding of the term "female doctor."

"Some people can't help but wonder, is love really, really possible..." "Windsor Cemetery Diary", a series of Mu Xin's prose novels, was hand-ordered by the author who is nearly 80 years old. The novel collection deleted a section of "Hunting" from the original traditional Chinese version, hiding the "I" deeper, and actually making it more intriguing. "The person who comes back from the other side" turns out to be so understanding of the sorrows of the world, and there is no "retirement" in life. He has a clear understanding of the other side. Following the "Windsor Cemetery" in the novel and watching the "Love Retrospective" of the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, men and women who still live in the world can't help but think of themselves, their own infatuation, and their own indifference. Mu Xin said, this is clearly the most common hundred years of ruthlessness and passion.

If you act with a simple and frank attitude, you will not blame yourself. It is used as a metaphor for a simple, innocent and self-sufficient attitude towards life.

When writing this book, Mu Xin lived in Qiongmeika, East New York, so the book was titled "Random Thoughts of Qiongmeka".

"To judge lightly is a kind of happiness, to foresee vaguely is a kind of happiness, but it is only suitable to be gentle and vague..." Mu Xin's prose novel series "Impromptu Judgment" was finalized based on Mu Xin's later years. Selected Poems of Mu Xin

Mu Xin

50K0

The poet Mu Xin once drew the keys of the piano on white paper and played Mozart and Bach silently during the period of confinement. Chen Danqing said, "He loves literature to the point of sin, and he is as isolated from the world as sin." Because "Chinese Good Songs" student Liu Huyi composed, played and sang Mu Xin's poem "Once Upon a Time Slow", student mentor Liu Huan further performed it at the Year of the Sheep Spring Festival Gala, which attracted attention. There are seven series (158 poems) of poems in "Mu Xin's Selected Poems", ranging from the early "Alibaba Night" to the "Slowness of the Past" that is well-known to readers of our generation, as well as the four-character poem "Tongpao" known as the "Book of Heaven", etc., Including selected poems from various periods. These poems are selected from all six poetry collections written by Mu Xin during his lifetime - "My Lots of Desires", "Three Trees in Spain", "Pseudo Solomon", "Balong", "The Book of Songs" and "The Skylark Cries All Day". Mu Xin's poems, exceptions and normalcy, thinking outside the inertia, are the mortal enemies of empty words and clichés. The quality of poetry is jealous of hatred, not showing off or noisy, expressing emotions with "old facts", forming "the power of whispering in reveries", and forming intertextuality with real life, historical time and space, classical literature, and Western culture and literature.

Reflection of Colombia

Mu Xin

68K0

It was long overdue, but here we are after all. Mu Xin, a senior who is honored as "my teacher" by Chen Danqing (author of "Retrograde Collection"), a literary master who was commented on in a special edition of "Southern Weekend" and recommended by famous writers such as Chen Zishan, Chen Cun, and He Liwei. Mu Xin is an "odd number", an "odd number" with dual nature. Mu Xin's own temperament and talent would be outstanding in any era, but it happened to be in the historical period when personal talents were most fatally annihilated. He was destined to wither and die young, but he existed, matured, remained silent for decades, and finally became famous overseas. The special comment on Mu Xin's literary activities is a posthumous event, a major event, and a grand event. His writing is such a kind of Chinese characters full of human emotions and cultural expressions. It is elegant, calm, concise, sophisticated and extremely sophisticated. He also understands Western quintessence, and he also understands Chinese quintessence, but he does not simply combine Chinese and Western elements to create a "sandwich", just like he paints his landscapes with ink. He writes thoughts in pure Chinese to express his understanding and feelings about the world.

Feast of Fish and Beauty

Mu Xin

Mu Xin said that "being sentimental" and "being ruthless" are ridiculous, "I would like to change my name in the future..." According to Mu Xin's final draft in his later years, "The Banquet of Fish and Beauty" includes Mu Xin's past articles such as "Answers to Friends" and "Answers to Reporters", as well as the author's images, creative handwriting, etc., Including "Night Talk at the Jianglou" and "Straits". "The Voice", "Snowy Evening", "Midsummer Party", and "A Late Confession" which reveals the "journey minutes" of Mu Xin's trip to the United States from 1983 to 1998. In addition, "Postwar Carnival" also looks back on "personal adolescence", and "Friends from the West" reveals Mu Xin's "precious literary friends" in his later years. Mu Xin's preface says, "The Banquet of Fish and Beauty" is a selection from my "Answering Guest Questions" series. Although the topics it touches are limited to literature and art, it is also complicated, so it is euphemistically called "Fish and Beauty"... In this way, the original intention was to narrate the successes and failures of life, but it turned out to be a drunken feast.

"Three Trees" is a kind of wine produced in Spain. Mu Xin said, "What does Spain have to do with me? What does Three Trees have to do with me..." The Book of Songs

"I love all the men and women in the three hundred poems..." Mu Xin said about the "Book of Songs", "Three hundred poems, in one sentence, Hui Wu Zhong." Mu Xin's collection of poems "The Book of Songs", whose real name is "Hui Wu Zhong", was compiled by Mu Xin himself in his later years, creatively injecting modern content based on the "Book of Songs", each poem has 14 lines, a total of 300 poems. The inner chapters include 263 poems such as "Tongpao", "Holding Hands", "Guan Guan", "Peach", "Wuzhi", "Samsung", "Wuzhen", "Yuli", "Jianjia", "Zijin", "Shimu", etc. There are 37 poems including "Water", "Hie Shan", "Tian Xia", "Chaos" and "Qi Su". The words are classical and the concepts are modern. Appreciating the beauty of rhetoric is like getting lost in the complicated meaning, shape and pronunciation of Chinese characters.

Opening the "Mu Xin Posthumous Manuscripts" series (the second volume), there are three volumes in total, and I found that Mu Xin left a silent message - "Like Hardy, I hate others writing my biography. Hey, you know what I am." Mu Xin said - "Mr. Li Shutong is still a mystery. The message 'Sorrow and Joy' is a keyhole, but there is no key..." Today, how to understand Mu Xin's "last moments must still be arranged in Wuzhen"? Also "without a key"? "I can't see my ending yet." Mu Xin's Posthumous Manuscripts (three Volumes)

Mu Xin said, "On the day I became famous, I watched myself being buried." Before returning to his hometown of Wuzhen from the United States in his later years, he decided not to enter galleries, auction houses, receive interviews, give lectures, publish articles, accept gifts, or write inscriptions - these seven "nos" are also his attitude on the day he returned home. Mu Xin said that a person's position in history is nothing more than a bed. In addition to all Mu Xin's published works, there are also a considerable number of notebooks and scattered manuscripts, which have never been published and are estimated to exceed one million words. Since Mu Xin usually does not indicate the year of writing, it can be inferred from the content and handwriting that a small part was written in the 1980s, and the majority was written in the 1990s and the new century, until his death in 2011. The contents of this batch of posthumous manuscripts are broad and miscellaneous, and are not divided into chapters. They can be written as they go and are rarely complete in length. These include names of people, bills, book lists, catalogs, letters, and occasionally simple book designs drawn by hand, as well as his own cemetery. Haiku, random thoughts, old-style poetry, and free verse that readers are familiar with account for about half of the work. The rest is somewhere between miscellaneous notes, memos, narratives, and recollections of the past, as if talking to oneself, and is different from all his published works. On the tenth anniversary of Mu Xin's death, the first batch of Mu Xin's posthumous manuscripts can finally be handed over to readers.

The first volume includes "Big Mood", "Love Poems in the Train", "Nagai Lotus" "Japanese Wind", "We also had our youth", "Rest in Peace, Enemies", "Zhidang Shisulu", etc. (Especially the original poems from "Once Upon a Time Slow"), the second volume is included in the haiku collection, and is accompanied by the author's images, creative handwriting, etc. When the collection of poems was first published, Mu Xin was eighty-two years old. These more than 100 poems with profound artistic conceptions and rich golden sentences, as well as more than 100 lines of wonderful proverbs written in the style of Mu Xin, are still talked about by readers today. In Part A, the poet roams in time and space, roaming the Volga River, Sicily, Istanbul, Java, ancient Greece... Exotic people, Chinese landforms, vividly appear on the page. The second volume is all short sentences, mostly written by chance, and is full of brilliance. These sentences are like haiku and aphorisms, just as Mu Xin said: Haiku collected together have a great feeling of fire and silver flowers.

The story of "Leopard Change" describes an individual person, and it can be roughly seen in the life stages of childhood, adolescence, youth, and middle age. Personal experience corresponds to the stages before the war, World War II, after World War II, after the founding of the People's Republic of China, and the opening of the country. It needs to be thought about in these historical backgrounds. Of course, there is another important stage: the Western world after going abroad. In addition, "Leopard Change" includes a long preface by editor Tong Ming. From the perspective of world literature, how to view the global nature of Mu Xin's literature also shows that Tong Ming and Mu Xin started brewing in the summer of 1993, and first published the 13 American English versions of AnEmptyRoom ("Empty Room"). By the 90th anniversary of Mu Xin's birth, the complete Chinese version of 16 chapters was finally published. This was a "literary appointment" that spanned more than 20 years. The title of the book comes from the "Book of Changes": "The great man changes from tiger to tiger, the villain changes from face to face, and the gentleman changes from leopard to leopard." Leopard change is a process from weak to strong, which implies the spiritual growth history of an artist.
