March Cicadas

[A younger top who doesn't understand love or his own feelings, tends to go along with things, is very tolerant, and is used to neglecting himself x an older bottom who is willful, dramatic, insecure, and jealous, and likes to say the opposite of what he means, using cruel words to hurt others as a way to protect his fragile self. Zheng Chanyi x Zheng Zhuli. First-person narration from the top's perspective.]

My name is Zheng Chanyi. This year, I was diagnosed with late-stage lung cancer. I have only three months left to live.

Just when I thought Zheng Zhuli would be happy about it, I saw him crying uncontrollably.

This was the first time he had ever lost control and broken down in front of me. But... he doesn't love me.

So why was he crying for me?

Theme: I've written too many scummy tops, so I'm trying something different.
