The Flowers in My Life

When I met Lin Dongyan, I was at the darkest point in my life.

Even many years later, I still remember that handsome boy with his quiet eyes and brows. Meeting him was like finding a glimmer of light.

So when he asked me if I'd ever hated him when we broke up, I firmly shook my head.

Dongyan, I don't hate you. I just can't forgive you.

That turbulent youth finally roared past like a train, leaving only me behind, standing there in a daze.

If neither of us took a wrong turn, why did we end up separated, each at opposite ends of the world?

I wrote this blurb late one night.

As my fingers tapped those words out on the keyboard, my heart was filled with a bitterness I couldn't put into words.

Perhaps some feelings, even after being betrayed, still keep a place in your heart.

I'm very grateful to Yaoyao for making this cover. I love it.

The warm sunlight on the cover always makes me feel as though all those painful days and all that intense hatred were just an illusion.

Indeed, the sunlight in this world is still so gentle, and I still have reason to smile.

I really want to.

In the afternoon, I want to brew a cup of hot tea and slowly tell everyone this heartrending story.

To the readers who happen to find this story among the millions of works on Jinjiang, I hope you'll read on patiently.
