The Sky Screen Spoils That I'm the Xuanzong's Own Son

What should you do if you transmigrate to the eve of the An Lushan Rebellion? Li Xin says, obviously, bide your time, seize power, become a regional military governor, and make a big play for it.

Just as he had endured hardship and finally become the most trusted deputy general under a certain regional military governor, ready to seize power when the An Lushan Rebellion broke out and march back to Chang'an, the sky screen appeared.

[Today, we're going to talk about another emperor of the Tang Dynasty renowned through the ages: Tang Xuanzong Li Xin, who saved the dynasty from the An Lushan Rebellion and ushered in a new era of glory!]

[But before we discuss his achievements, let's start with the greatest mystery surrounding him: who gave birth to him?]

[Some say it was a foreign concubine, a palace maid, or even his daughter-in-law. But the most shocking rumor is that he was born to none other than Tang Xuanzong Li Longji himself.]

[Of course, hardly anyone has ever believed this rumor. After all, how could a man give birth? Recent archaeological discoveries, however, suggest it may well be true...]

Beneath the sky screen, Li Xin's mouth twitched. It's true! I asked the System for it! I thought I'd win without lifting a finger, but that old geezer Xuanzong ditched me. Now I have to do it myself!

Li Longji, already distressed by the An Lushan Rebellion: Heaven doesn't just want me dead! It wants to strip away the last shred of my dignity, too!

But later, Li Longji shouted at Li Xin, "Xin'er! I'm your biological father!"

1. The main point is to mess with Li Longji.
