A grocery store has stood in an old-town alley for decades. It was there when the neighborhood children ran around playing ball, and it was still there when those children grew old and brought their own grandchildren to play ball.
But the store's front door was always shut tight. Only when passing by could you glimpse the faint candlelight inside.
Then, one day, the grocery store's door finally opened, and an old man shuffled inside.
The lights were dim. A pale, thin man leaned against a wooden chair. As he stood, he picked up the dark red oil-paper umbrella beside the table.
"Ding, "
The bell rang, and mist rose.
"Your journey is over. Did you enjoy it?"
The man's voice was quiet, touched with the biting chill of early spring.
At the question, sadness welled up in the old man's heart for no reason, and he lowered his head to wipe away his tears.
"Don't be afraid."
The man gently took his hand, compassion as faint as mist in his eyes:
"I'll see you across the bridge."

It is said that when life reaches its end, the soul carries its feelings and memories across a bridge.
The bridge is called Crossing the Moon. This life's shore lies at one end. Once the clouds and mist wash everything away, the next life waits at the other.
Those burdened by an obsession too heavy to let go are bound by shackles, left to wander through the fog in a daze, unable to find release.
But don't be afraid.
When the silver bell rings, someone will see you through the final stretch.

Modern fantasy episodic story, crossing bridges and falling in love
*The male ghost isn't just a description. He is an actual ghost.*
*Nine Songs isn't his real name. He's lived too long, and only the top remembers his real name and calls him by it, so the story always refers to him as Nine Songs.*
Please avoid if this bothers you.
One-on-one, happy ending
