[Honkai: Star Rail] After Being Picked Up by Bai'e

A pair of brothers arrived in Okhema.

Though they're brothers, they don't look alike.

Their hair colors are opposites, one black and one white... and even their animal counterparts are total opposites!

The older brother is a tousle-haired, aloof black cat, while the younger brother is a sunny white-haired, blue-eyed puppy.

After Mydei's investigation (he casually asked), everyone understood why they looked so different: it turned out they were brothers with different fathers and mothers!

But that was fine. Even if they weren't actually related, everyone in Okhema knew how deep their brotherly bond was.

Until a Trailblazer from beyond the stars noticed something was off.

Uchiha Sora (thoughtfully): So kissing my younger brother and putting a ring on his ring finger are both wrong?

Trailblazer: Definitely wrong!!

Uchiha Sora: Then is *** wrong too?

Trailblazer (horrified): What on earth did you say that got censored?!

Phainon: ...Actually, I don't mind!

-

The three elders had something to say about it:

Teacher Anaxa: First of all, call me Anaxagoras! Secondly, as for Phainon and Uchiha Sora of Aedes Elysiae, I have no objections to their relationship. As long as they behave in my class, I don't care whether they're brothers or lovers.

Assistant Teacher Castorice: Teacher Anaxa, that last part was way too blunt!

Uchiha Sora (firmly): We're brothers!

-

Aglaea: So this is how you raise cats... Hmm? My opinion? As a romantic demigoddess, of course I approve. I've also agreed to tailor their wedding outfits at Phainon's request.

Phainon (eyes wide): Aglaea! Don't tell them that!

-

Teacher Tribbie: Little Bai and Little Tian? Hmm, Tribbie has no objections, and neither do Trianne and Trinnon! As long as they're happy, *we'll* be happy too!

Castorice: Even Teacher Tribbie...? Could it be that everyone has already figured it out?

...Wait, so this is what brotherly love means?!

-

Dark Phainon: I... object...!

Cipher (poking her head in): Hey, where did you come from?

Uchiha Sora: I object too. I won't allow my younger brother to become my lover.

Everyone else: !!?

One-sentence summary: Accompanying Little Bai from Aedes Elysiae to Okhema

A cozy, everyday romantic comedy. The main story is too painful, so I wanted something sweeter.

An if-line for the neighboring story, "Younger Brother": the other world Uchiha transmigrates to is Aedes Elysiae.

You don't need to have read the other story to enjoy this one.

The early part is roughly "Little Bai from the Countryside Doesn't Dream of a Big Brother Falling from the Sky," the middle part is "I Thought You Were My Brother, But You...," and the later part is "Don't Look Back, Big Brother. It's Normal to Feel This Way" and "I Have More Younger Brothers Now."

Theme: May you all be happy!
