[Third-person narration]
You are a villain. You have a clone System, and your goal is to rule the world.
After learning about the power system of Teyvat, you, a supervillain, decide to steal divine power and take over the world.
But first, you have to avoid being cast out by this world's “Heavenly Principles.”
So, to avoid being expelled by the “Heavenly Principles,” you plan to secretly gather divine power, starting by becoming an attendant to one of the Seven Archons.
Using your clone System, you split yourself into seven and send each clone to one of the seven most likely candidates to become an Archon... That's right, the Seven Archons haven't been chosen yet, but that won't stop you from gaining divine power through their trust later, then betraying them as a double agent!
-
[Anemo Archon's attendant]
Of your clones, you are the most unruly. You were assigned to a land ravaged by violent winds, and you thought the one atop the tower would become one of the Seven Archons, so you decided to overthrow them.
As the most rebellious clone, you paid no attention to your original self's instructions. You figured that becoming an Archon yourself would be better than becoming an attendant.
Unfortunately, while you were plotting your rebellion, one of your companions, a weak little wind sprite, became an Archon before you.
You: “?”
What was that? Was it pretending to be weak before revealing its true strength?
Barbatos, who knew you were such a cunning fellow!?
So, with your plan in ruins, you decided to lie low.
Sometimes it's not a bad idea to listen to your original self.
-
[Geo Archon's attendant]
You are the original self. Worried about your clones, you decide to go in person to the most chaotic battlefield.
When you first arrive, all you do is observe and wonder which of the many gods will emerge victorious.
Then a falling star from the barren land saves you from a monster attack.
The powerful Geo Archon protects you, a being as insignificant as an ant in his eyes.
As a villain with no feelings, you don't understand why your heart pounds so fast at that moment. You only think that a god like him deserves to become an Archon most of all.
So you shamelessly stick by his side. But you only want to be a double agent and don't want to help him, so you pretend to be extremely frail and on the verge of dying from an illness.
-
[Electro Archon's attendant]
You are the coldest clone. You do exactly as your original self tells you, and don't want to bother with anything else.
Following your original self's instructions, you stay by the side of the strongest twin gods.
Then, as their attendant, you watch them become two of the Seven Archons and experience the great war alongside them.
You watch one of the twin gods fall, while the other shuts herself away from the world.
“...” You fall silent. The Electro Archon has stopped doing anything, and now you, who already had nothing to do, have even less to do.
Fortunately, your original self promptly notices what's happening and tells you this is a great chance to switch sides. Since the Electro Archon has shut herself away, you should prop up a puppet ruler.
So, obediently, you find the puppet created by the Electro Archon.
Yes, a puppet ruler.
You look at the purple-haired puppet in front of you and nod with satisfaction.
-
[Dendro Archon's attendant]
You are the fun-loving one among the clones. After being assigned to the rainforest and desert, you go back and forth as you please. Fortunately, the gods in this region get along well, and they don't mind your behavior.
In the end, Greater Lord Rukkhadevata becomes one of the Seven Archons, and you easily become her attendant.
Several centuries later, the little Dendro Archon is born. Because of the rules, everyone else forgets that Greater Lord Rukkhadevata ever existed and believes the little Dendro Archon was one of the original Seven. Only you are an outsider, and you remember everything.
But don't forget that you're the fun-loving one. You don't care about any of that. You just want to keep finding new amusements, like the Great General Mahamatra who loves telling bad jokes, the Forest Ranger whose ears are lovely to touch, the blond architect who owes you a huge sum after you swindled him, and your subordinate who always gets off work on time.
-
[Hydro Archon's attendant]
Focalors is a gentle god. Even though this clone of yours is as wooden as a block, she is always patient with you.
So even when that human girl later ascends to the divine throne, you never consider betraying her.
You even join the Hydro Dragon Neuvillette in maintaining her rule.
Neuvillette is your colleague. Since his expression never changes, you think he's as wooden as you are.
But you don't know that whenever you reject one of his invitations, the torrential rain that falls from the sky as soon as you step outside isn't because of your bad luck. Your colleague is hiding somewhere, shedding tiny pearls in a fit of despair.
-
[Pyro Archon's attendant]
Haven't figured this one out yet.
-
[Cryo Archon's attendant]
You are the most battle-crazed clone, but your original self doesn't give you any cheat abilities, hoping to keep your bloodlust in check.
In other words, the other clones all have impressive combat abilities, but you only have your hands and feet.
That's fine. If your original self won't give you any, you can make your own.
After fighting like mad and helping the Tsaritsa become one of the Seven Archons, you feel you can still get stronger, so you turn your attention to the Tsaritsa's army, the Fatui.
You have many colleagues in the Fatui. One of them is as twisted as your original self and likes making copies of himself, so you decide to make him your target.
You deliberately pursue one of his segments and get together with him. Then, after getting a Delusion from him, you stab him without hesitation, sending this sinful segment to its rest.
Even more surprisingly, your twisted obsession also earns you a Vision... You went so far as to date someone for the sake of power. A desire that strong is only natural.
But after learning that you and this colleague had dated, your rival, an orange-haired young man who's about as weak as you, looks at you in shock and demands,
“You dated him? Why didn't you come to me?”
“?”
A rival is a rival. You can't kiss your rival!
P.S.
1. The protagonist is a villain, focused on his double-agent schemes, but they keep inexplicably failing.
2. The clones are especially reckless, while the original self is especially cautious. If a clone dies, the original self can make another one (not really), but if the original self dies, it's all over.
Premise: Evil never triumphs over good
