Jian Xingbai is a veterinarian who loves petting all kinds of fluffy animals and wields a scalpel for sterilization surgery. He has only three wishes in life: 1. May Earth explode. 2. May humanity be destroyed. 3. May the world end.

Then plants and animals mutated, and the world really was coming to an end. A Shiba Inu he'd just neutered turned into a giant monster that could swallow a person's head in one bite.

Jian Xingbai: QAQ?

He didn't want to live, but that didn't mean he wanted to be bitten to death!

Disaster struck, and alien species proliferated. Yun Yizhou, the highest-ranking executive officer responsible for humanity's future and an S-rank Sentinel, was powerful and cold, a walking human weapon with terrifying destructive capabilities.

But no Guide could soothe his terrible mental landscape. Everyone thought that a tyrant like him would inevitably suffer a total mental breakdown and go berserk, turning into a monster. He thought so himself.

Until he met Jian Xingbai.

Amid a mountain of corpses and a sea of blood, countless tiny jellyfish surrounded the boy. His D-rank Guide abilities were as fragile as his quantum beast, yet he was the only survivor in a heavily contaminated zone.

Yun Yizhou expressionlessly aimed his cold gun barrel at the boy's head. "Did you kill them?"

Jian Xingbai looked up innocently and hid his sharp scalpel. Then he heard the sound of a bullet being chambered.

Jian Xingbai: QAQ!

He didn't want to get shot in the head that badly either! Somebody help!

Later, a little D-rank Guide appeared at Yun Yizhou's side.

Later still, a vast Portuguese man o' war blotted out the sky and eclipsed the moon, shimmering with light, while the long black tail feathers of a collared finch streaked across the heavens, tearing through the gloom that shrouded the entire city.

Only then did everyone realize just how terrifying the mental strength of Jian Xingbai was. He was the only attack-type Guide in the world to awaken two quantum beasts, and he rode on the White Wolf King's head like it was a rocking horse.

Mini-scene:

On certain nights when no one else knew, the S-rank tyrant, always cold and unyielding in front of outsiders, would gently bow his head and cautiously ask the boy for a kiss, seeking a little comfort from his Guide's pheromones.

Jian Xingbai rubbed his lips, swollen from kissing. "Didn't you say one kiss was enough to calm you down? O-f-f-i-c-e-r!"

The enormous white wolf nuzzled the boy's palm with its fluffy head, its suppressed mental instability on the verge of breaking free.

"One more kiss."

"Please."
