Even a Dark Little Puppy Needs Love

A short story of around 100,000 words

Mutual pining

Gloomy, sensitive puppy x restrained, considerate older brother

When Mo Yu was fifteen, he became the young heir of the Yun Group, but his legal guardian was only a twenty-three-year-old young man.

Yun Zhou treated Mo Yu very well. He gave him the best of everything, from food and clothes to daily necessities, enrolled him in the best school, attended every parent-teacher meeting on time, and accompanied him through every occasion that required a "parent."

Yun Zhou was a very good guardian.

Mo Yu respected and admired the older brother who cared for him so much, but as time went by, Mo Yu seemed to grow strange.

He became curious about Yun Zhou's body beneath his clothes, and would fall into deep thought whenever he looked at his full lips.

Then one day, Mo Yu had a dream. The chaotic scenes in it made him realize something.

He liked Yun Zhou.

On the day he came of age, the greedy puppy decided to bravely take the first step, but his veiled probing seemed to drive him and Yun Zhou further apart.

The puppy was heartbroken, but he wouldn't give up.

Two years later, Mo Yu confessed his love directly.

He was rejected.

The puppy ran away from home. The puppy hid and licked his wounds.

Yun Zhou found Mo Yu, pinned him against the wall, and kissed him.

The startled puppy heard the words he'd longed to hear.

"Mo Yu, now that you've tempted me, don't even think about leaving for the rest of your life."

* The top and bottom are not registered in the same household, and are not related by blood in any way.

* Things are a little bittersweet at first, but it gets sweet once the bottom pursues the top.
