My Self-Restrained, Proper Nephew

A flirtatious, knows exactly how gorgeous he is, peerless beauty of a shou & a gong who is restrained and proper, unruffled by beauty at first, then becomes wildly possessive

Shen Huaixu transmigrated into the body of a bride sent to bring good fortune to someone else.

Less than a month later, the person he was supposed to bring good fortune to kicked the bucket.

While keeping vigil, Shen Huaixu met his late husband's nephew for the first time: Feng Yiran.

Feng Yiran wore mourning clothes, his posture straight, his eyes bright as stars, his manner as warm as jade. The way he called Shen Huaixu "Auntie" melted his heart.

That night, Feng Yiran knelt before the mourning hall. Beneath his thin mourning robe, he wore only a flimsy undergarment, so Shen Huaixu immediately called for someone to bring him a cloak.

As Shen Huaixu helped Feng Yiran put it on, his fingers brushed across the young man's chest, seemingly by accident.

Feng Yiran, however, kept his gaze straight ahead, unmoved.

After that first test, Shen Huaixu began making frequent overtures. He waited by the door each morning to bring Feng Yiran breakfast, and stood there again at night to welcome him home.

After testing the waters step by step, Shen Huaixu began pushing his luck.

He sprained his ankle and asked Feng Yiran to carry him to his room.

He hurt his hand and asked Feng Yiran to feed him.

There was thunder, so he asked Feng Yiran to open his arms and comfort him.

It got dark, so he asked Feng Yiran to take him back to his room to sleep...

Shen Huaixu thought he had warmed Feng Yiran's heart, but all he got in return was: "Auntie, please behave with decorum."

Those words sent Shen Huaixu's heart plunging to the bottom.

After that, he deliberately kept his distance from Feng Yiran and resumed their normal aunt-and-nephew relationship.

He thought everything had gone Feng Yiran's way, and that from then on they would each go their separate ways.

But on a dark and stormy night, Feng Yiran tied Shen Huaixu up and hauled him to his room, pinning him against the wall as he accused him: "Auntie, this push-and-pull act of yours has made me suffer so much!"
