[Harry Potter] A Light Lick of Velvet

Velvet transmigrated to the 1830s, and her fondest dream was to date Newt Scamander, the eccentric upperclassman from Hufflepuff House. But one day, her dream shattered. It wasn't because Newt had been expelled from Hogwarts. She simply woke up sixty years later... and, in spirit form, had possessed the Chosen One of that era.

Velvet: Since things have come to this, I'll just be the Chosen One's System! Harry, Task 1: Kick your stupid pig of an uncle and his stupid pig of a son as hard as you can!

The nine-year-old Chosen One, still underdeveloped: ...?

An atypical System story and an atypical romance. Velvet will have a physical body, though she may not necessarily be human.
