[The King's Avatar] Starstruck

[Main story pairing: Ye Xiu. Huang Shaotian in the alternate IF route. The two routes are separate one-on-one romances.]

When Guan Xiaoyan received Ye Xiu's invitation to stir up trouble, she knew exactly who he was and agreed almost without hesitation. Filled with admiration for her idol, she plunged headfirst into the professional Glory scene.

At first, no one knew who was playing the Battle Mage on Team Happy who could charge in recklessly one moment and play it safe the next. They just said her style was wild and she played dirty. Maybe she was a little hooligan Ye Xiu, that dirty old fox, had personally raised.

Ye Xiu, saddled with the label of "leading the kids astray," offered no explanation. He only smiled and said, "What, jealous of my good luck? I just happened to find a martial arts prodigy in a game."

The next moment, the professional players' chat was flooded with question marks.

Everyone said Guan Xiaoyan's fan filter for Ye Xiu was way too strong.

Offline, the two of them acted out teacher-student play and father-daughter play. The younger one called him Teacher Ye, and the older one called her my girl or my princess. In the game, they were no less outrageous. Guan Xiaoyan's Battle Mage was like a dog on a leash held by Ye Xiu, doing exactly what he pointed out. Shameless and outrageously bold, yet able to yield when necessary, she was as steady as an old dog.

As the teasing grew more frequent, even Ye Xiu, whose skin had once been thicker than a wall, stopped retorting, "Your minds are the ones that are impure."

And when the tactical master, long famed for his cunning, met those bright, starry eyes, his heart suddenly skipped a beat.

Ye Xiu, realizing it belatedly: ...Oh no.

* A very traditional online-game esports story, with a local heroine

* A sweet girl follows her idol into Glory and starts playing the game

* An unconventional sweet girl, like a super-sweet chocolate ice cream with a mint filling, and a rather unconventional dog-training romance (..)

Theme: For the glory.
