My Blind Date Is a Little Fierce

Retired soldier and inn owner x refined teacher

Jiang Cang x Ji Xuanhe

Ji Xuanhe has led a respectable and fairly smooth life for many years.

He's smart, good-looking, and kind. After graduating, he easily landed a job as a teacher at a public middle school.

His family never gives him any trouble, and other people envy him.

The only thing anyone worries about is his love life. He's almost thirty, and still has no prospects.

His friends and relatives keep trying to set him up.

Ji Xuanhe reluctantly turns them down. "Actually, I'm into men."

"Men?" Auntie Chen, who loves matchmaking, thinks it over. "I can introduce you to men too!"

/

"There's this guy surnamed Jiang. He's a retired soldier, and now he runs his own guesthouse."

"His only family is his grandmother, and he has a dog too."

"He's a few years older than you, and he's a good man."

Ji Xuanhe agrees to meet him.

The man has rugged features and a sharp gaze. He looks rough, and a little fierce.

He doesn't talk much, and he eats a lot.

By the end of the blind date, it feels like they haven't found much to talk about.

Ji Xuanhe turns him down, saying he seems a little fierce.

After work the next day, the man is waiting especially for him outside his school, holding a bouquet of flowers that doesn't quite suit him.

"Mr. Ji, I'm not fierce."

"Could you give me another chance?"

After they get married, the two of them lead a peaceful, happy life.

Jiang Cang looks fierce, but he can cook and communicate, and he treats Ji Xuanhe exceptionally well.

Except in bed...

Ji Xuanhe has to take the next day off after every time.

He's been gentle and refined since childhood. How could he possibly handle this!
