When a Law Student Transmigrates into a CEO Romance Novel

In CEO novels, the CEO is often an outlaw who can get away with anything.

As a third-year student reviewing commercial law for the legal qualification exam, Wen Chuci often found himself thinking this.

Then someone familiar appeared beside him.

"Long time no see, Host. This is the Commercial Law Correction System."

[You must play the role of a CEO in a CEO novel and experience the entire process, from founding the company to its bankruptcy and liquidation.]

[Apply the Company Law appropriately in the case and correct the CEO's status as an outlaw.]

The good news: He got to be a CEO without lifting a finger.

The bad news: He was a CEO who was guaranteed to go bankrupt.

Wen Chuci: Wait, do I really have to go bankrupt?

[Bankruptcy law is an important part of the exam.]

A CEO in a certain CEO novel suddenly underwent a complete transformation.

The CEO, who was supposed to spend lavishly to win over his unattainable first love, stopped wiring money and said:

"Directors and senior managers must not use their positions to accept bribes or other illegal income, or misappropriate company property."

"I'll go to jail if I misappropriate company assets."

The CEO, who was supposed to say, "It's getting cold. Let the Wang family go bankrupt," stopped secretly buying shares to force a takeover and instead said:

"An investor who holds 5% of the issued shares of a listed company must submit a written report to the securities regulatory authority and the stock exchange, and make a public announcement, within three working days of acquiring that stake.

They may not trade any more shares in that listed company during that period."

"Tell me how I'm supposed to do it secretly!"

Everyone: ?

Who knows? The CEO came charging over while reciting legal provisions.

Reader's note:

1. This book has no romance, so there's no CP.

2. This is just an introduction... a shallow dive. I hope it sparks further discussion. Please point out any errors, but don't hurt this poor law student author.

3. It's very absurd, but who says you can't learn while being absurd?

Premise: Let's learn company law together!
