The Future Arc ended perfectly, but...
Sawada Tsunayoshi from ten years in the future never came back. Not even his body was left behind. And as the timeline shifted, everyone who inherited memories of the Simon Family Arc and the Representative Battle had to accept one thing:
The Vongola's foundation had completed a Mobius time loop, with the beginning and end joining together. Their godfather had died at the age of twenty-four to save the world, and he would never return.
But in truth,
Sawada Tsunayoshi, accused of being a huge liar, never meant to break his promise. After faking his death, he was chosen by a higher World Consciousness to create a Human Order Preservation Agency...
Wait, why is there a Chaldea here? Don't think I haven't played FGO!
Sawada Tsunayoshi took a deep breath, forcing down his anxiety and worry for his friends. Calmly, he asked, "Tell me, Gakudjis, what's going on?"
"It means exactly what it says. The timeline shift caused by the 'Mare Rings being sealed' was simply too great. With one-third of the Tri-ni-sette sealed, its foundation couldn't handle such a massive change. So I struck a deal with the other World Wills, and we decided to sell you off to another world."

"Can I refuse? I didn't really die, and my family and friends are waiting for me."
"Then you'll have to accept that, out of the eight trillion worlds, there may be some that cannot be restored, and that your friends could get caught up in this and cause further trouble down the line."
"..."
Sawada Tsunayoshi fell silent.
He had experienced the Simon Family Arc and the Representative Battle, and had lived through the convergence of the entire timeline. There was a lot he wanted to complain about, but as a rational adult, he took two deep breaths and held it in.
"Fine. Since you mentioned the Vongola, can I summon my friends here too?"
His most pressing task was to apologize to everyone he had deceived.
Gakudjis had expected that. "You can, but only the dead or those who have willingly given up their existence can be summoned as Heroic Spirits. Who do you want dead? I can go kill them right now."
Sawada Tsunayoshi was at a loss for words. He gave up.
"Then I hope I never see them again. Is there anyone I can see now?"
"Yes."

"...Never mind. Let's not meet." What kind of hellish scenario is this?
And so, welcome to the various Lostbelts caused by Mary Sues and Gary Stus.
Since the summoning requirement is 'the resolve to completely leave one's original world,' most of the summoned Heroic Spirits are villains, apart from a few beloved figures, Tsunayoshi-kun.
Come witness the heaven-born prodigies who ruled the darkness.
Meanwhile,
"Since you're all here, you must have already seen the First Generation Vongola Mist Guardian, who was confirmed dead but is still somehow active."
Byakuya, who had come from the past, swept his gaze across the key figures in the conference room, his smile brimming with amusement.
The gloomy, terrifying Varia boss; the silent leader of the Simon Family; the exhausted Storm Guardian; the Rain Guardian, barely holding on to his composure; the Cloud Guardian, whose oppressive aura could no longer be ignored; the Mist Guardian, whose smile had grown even deeper, his gaze gentle and fathomless; and...
The world's number one hitman, the only one who had kept his emotions in check and was instead sneering.
The upper ranks of every family were all present, along with every member of the last generation of Arcobaleno. What a glorious gathering, unlike anything seen since the Representative Battle.
"The land said to be reachable only by the dead: the Human Order Preservation Agency ruled by the Godfather. Now that the message has been made so clear, don't you all want to take a look?"
"See if that heartless bastard who abandoned everyone is there, in a land made up of the dead."
"We'll drag him back, lock him up, and make him answer for what he did."
Warnings:
- 270's fake death becomes a real death. The entire Katekyo Hitman Reborn cast goes dark and switches to distrust mode. There will be some clashes between opposing sides.
- All-in within the Katekyo Hitman Reborn cast. Outside of it, this should be a 27-centered gen story. You can ship them, but don't expect follow-up content.
- In particular, the author has no strong feelings about derivative works featuring OCs. She writes original male leads in her own Dream of the Red Chamber fanfiction too, so she's simply borrowing this premise.
Finally, please enjoy my take on villainous 270, the sole godfather of eight trillion worlds, the world's gardener who prunes bad branches, the evil savior who once brought destruction and redemption, who swallowed up the night and ushered in the dawn.
Sawada Tsunayoshi.
This isn't a crossover with Harry Potter, but since I wrote it, I'll put it here anyway.
Human Order System: Godfather, today's selection of additional Heroic Spirits. Would you like Grindelwald or Voldemort?
Sawada Tsunayoshi: Can I have neither? And I distinctly remember that Dumbledore and Sirius Black died in Harry Potter too, so why can't I summon them?
Human Order System: (ignoring him) If you don't want either of them, how about Slytherin? One of the four founders who founded Hogwarts with his companions, then left after they disagreed over their ideals?
Sawada Tsunayoshi: That sounds even worse! Let's skip this world... Also, why does that description sound so familiar?
Damon nearby: (looks away)
