[Outline Draft]
[Check out my upcoming novel, Can a Straight Male Cannon Fodder Be Desired Too?]
The wicked, spoiled receiver was originally the only son of a wealthy family. His parents were loving, but everything changed when he was seventeen.
His mother divorced his father, and his father brought home a wife and child from outside.
His father told him to call the gong “older brother,” saying that from then on, they would be one family.
Compared to the receiver, the gong was gentle and refined, with excellent grades, making the receiver seem all the more spoiled and overbearing.
The receiver hated the gong. For four years, he never once treated him kindly, and every time he acted out, he went further than before.
The receiver’s father grew more and more disappointed in him. Only the gong spoke up for him in front of his father, saying he was still young and couldn’t accept things all at once.
That only made the receiver hate his hypocritical older brother even more. Every time the gong looked at him, the receiver felt a chill of fear.
Then one day, a couple came looking for him, claiming he was their biological son. The receiver couldn’t believe it, and had one paternity test after another. Each result confirmed that he was their child.
He went home with his biological parents, only to discover that they were gamblers who wanted to use him to pay off their debts. He fled in a wretched state.
He had no money, and he was slow-witted. After being raised in luxury for over twenty years, his skin was too delicate for any kind of hard labor.
Despairing, the receiver decided to seduce the gong.
Wicked, spoiled, foolish beauty receiver x sweet-on-the-outside, calculating gong
Upcoming novel: Can a Straight Male Cannon Fodder Be Desired Too?
[Third-person narration]
Though it sounds ridiculous,
the truth is,
the place where I live is a book.
I am the most insignificant cannon fodder in the story, always plotting to ruin the protagonist’s reputation, only to be killed in revenge by him in the end.
Xie Ye’an
My childhood friend,
and the protagonist of this book. He has a beloved-by-all aura and is adored by countless people.
The more people like him, the more people hate me.
We joined the same sect together.
Even though we came from the same place,
in their eyes, I was nothing but a filthy swamp.
They were always looking down on me, hating that I could stay by Xie Ye’an’s side,
and hating that someone as ungrateful as me could receive his kindness.
But I hated Xie Ye’an with all my heart. I hated his hypocritical face and his fake, self-righteous act.
So much so that I couldn’t stop myself from tying him up and humiliating him mercilessly.
I knew this would be the end of me.
Too bad for them, death is the thing I fear least.
I couldn’t tell if he was stupid or just good at pretending.
Even though everything was so obvious, he still gently asked if I had lost my way.
What a pure, innocent white lotus. They ought to see the truth beneath that fake exterior.
Damn gays.
Xie Ye’an’s fingertips, like a venomous snake, traced over my ankle, making me break out in a cold sweat.
No matter how desperately I begged, he refused to let me go. The smile on his hypocritical mask disgusted me.
“I thought you’d be happy. After all, your older brother loves doing this to me.”
“So do you actually hate me, Brother?”
World-weary, cold-hearted “straight” receiver x sanctimonious, scheming, unhinged gong
P.S. Outline draft, dark preferences, villains pairing off with villains.
The gong and receiver are not on the same household registration, and they are not related by blood.
Original setting: Same-sex couples can marry.
Theme: The right kind of love helps us find the right direction through the fog.
