His followers were willing to unite again and fight for Gu Sheng, while his enemies wondered how many secrets he had revealed to her.
When Wang Wusheng finally emerged into the light again, they realized that the heir they'd thought was merely an old friend's successor was actually their old friend himself. He hadn't died at all. He'd just shed his secret identity, stayed lively and active out in the world, recruited followers, and rewritten the legend.
