Aren't You Raising Me Anymore?

ABO / younger top / five-year age gap / pseudo-raising / rekindled love after heartbreak / mutual salvation / showbiz / a clingy puppy who only wants to be permanently collared x her avoidant owner

Bai Qingyi is perfect by society’s standards: successful in her career, beautiful, and gentle. She has an excellent reputation both in the industry and among the public.

Only she knows that her life was irrevocably split apart by her mother’s death when she was twelve. After that, she became a perfect, walking corpse.

Lu Mingcheng was an unexpected turn in her life.

All she wanted was for Lu Mingcheng to live well, just like everyone she had protected.

But Lu Mingcheng seemed to want nothing but to die for her, like a dog so loyal it was foolish.

The girl’s passionate love warmed her and burned her at the same time, so she pushed her away again and again, only to keep drawing close again and again.

Until the last time, when Lu Mingcheng came through the snow and wind, alone, to hold up her shattered world.

Lu Mingcheng could never understand Bai Qingyi, and it troubled her endlessly.

Later, she figured it out: there was no need to understand. She was just a clingy dog. No matter how many times Bai Qingyi abandoned her or how far she ran, she would find her one and only owner.

What does a puppy know? She only knows she wants to be with her owner for the rest of her life.

#The touching story of a dog abandoned three times who angrily breaks in and covers her insincere owner’s face in slobber#

#The things I have to tell you about me and my white-moonlight actress Omega#

#She saved me again and again, so I’ll give her the rest of my life#

#She’s lost the will to live, but still remembers to leave dog food for the puppy, even though she claims she doesn’t like dogs#

#You’re lying. Look me in the eye and say that again#

Reader’s notes:

1. Updates every evening at six. Before it goes premium, updates follow the rankings; afterward, there will be daily updates.

2. All-female ABO. Alphas have no attachments. There are some very bad women, and neither protagonist is perfect.

3. Primarily a younger top.

4. No outline, just flying by the seat of my pants. I’ll write as I please. A little sweet, a little angsty.

5. The author is sensitive. Unless it’s a serious plot hole, please don’t offer unsolicited criticism. Thank you.
