Morning Sun and Mint

[Revising]

Ji Ran: A sunny, tousle-haired puppy of a boyfriend. He'll retake the exams just to follow Ning Yao to Beijing. His phone is full of candid photos of Ning Yao, and when he's jealous, he turns into a giant puppy looking for comfort.

Ning Yao: A cool, top-student cat of a boyfriend. He acts annoyed by how noisy Ji Ran is, but secretly remembers all his likes and dislikes. He calls him "childish" while saving every piece of wrapper from the mint candies Ji Ran gives him.

[Their First Meeting in the Library] Transfer student Ji Ran heads straight for Ning Yao, sitting alone in a corner. "Hey, could I borrow a pen?" He smiles like a sly fox in the sunlight, unaware that Ning Yao has already figured out he's not a student at this school.

[Jealousy at the Pool] Ji Ran draws a heart on Ning Yao's back with sunscreen to declare his territory. When the whole class teases them, Ning Yao dives underwater to hide his flushed ears and upturned smile.

[Birthday Package Blitz] Ning Yao receives 99 packages on his birthday. The last "delivery" turns out to be Ji Ran himself, who rushes over with dark circles under his eyes and says, "I saved up my living expenses for three months just to come here and be your human gift."

[Waiting Outside the Gaokao] Ning Yao skips his midterms and flies back to Hangzhou just to keep Ji Ran company during the gaokao. After the exam, Ji Ran rushes out and tells Ning Yao, "Top student, this time it's my turn to keep you company during your exams~"
