Sephina staggered to her feet, covered in bumps and bruises, and spent three minutes cursing out the System in her head, with rhymes and all.
[ Countdown to selection begins: 10, 9, 8... ]
"I'm choosing! I'm choosing right now, okay?!"
As the lead singer of a band, Sephina first looked at the microphone. But no matter how she thought about it, it didn't seem like a weapon that could do any damage.
This was a world with a Demon King!
And weren't all these things basically the same kind of thing?
At least give me a dagger, will you?
[ 3, 2... ]
"Guitar! I choose the guitar!"
[ Sorry, your Host's reputation is negative. You cannot choose a Tier Two weapon. Randomly assigning a Tier One weapon. ]
[ Congratulations, you have obtained a Tier One weapon: a triangle. ]
[ Now, begin your adventure. ]
[ Brave bard! ]
Sephina: "?????"

8.
That's my codename, and it's my name.
Time, thought, life... None of it means anything to me. The only thing I need to think about is how to kill my target.
Until that day.
The organization that assigned my missions was destroyed.
And I met the person who gave me a piece of bread and kept me alive.
She doesn't give me assassination missions, but she keeps saying strange things to me.
What is a companion?
What is love?
I don't understand.
All I know is that my next mission is to keep her alive.
If I can give my life for her, that will be the most sacred act of my life.
Sephina: "Aite, don't die. Kiss me!"
At her command, I returned from hell.
Then I heard several other familiar voices in my ears.
Captain of the Holy Knights: "...Maybe wait until we're somewhere safe to kiss." (Staying alert.)
Elemental Mage: "????? Could you two go make out somewhere else?!"
Noble Priest: "Wow, so sweet. I'm so jealous~"
Elf Hunter: (covering their pet's eyes) "Don't look. There's something disgusting here."

Reader's guide:
1. The female lead is a bard. Her strength is limited by the author's songwriting skills, so just get the general idea (prostrates apologetically).
2. The male lead is an assassin, cruel and cold-blooded, but easily embarrassed around the female lead. A clumsy little puppy.
3. A lighthearted, healing story about the female lead and her teammates adventuring in a world of Demon Kings and Heroes.
Theme: You make a cruel world warm
