[A Police Academy Squad take on a Ghost] This idea suddenly came to me, so I'm claiming this spot. I really like the premise.

Five years after his friends died, Mr. Furuya realizes he's become strange. He often can't tell himself apart from other people, and his consciousness sinks into chaos. Every time he comes to, he sees his neighbor, the woman he had a secret crush on since childhood, though they'd since fallen out.

Each time leaves him utterly confused, until one morning he finds himself standing outside his neighbor's door. As soon as she steps outside, she rushes toward him. Taken aback, he hurriedly catches her, and she falls completely into his arms.

“Which Rei are you today?” The neighbor reaches her slender, pale arms around his neck and brings her lips close to his face, breathing warmly against him. “Jinpei, Hiromitsu, or Kenji?”

Lately, Tsukimi Ruri has been very confused. Why does the younger boy next door, who once said he'd never come looking for her again, keep showing up by her side? His personality has changed completely, too. Sometimes he's irritable, sometimes gentle, sometimes obedient, and sometimes scheming. Then she watches him introduce himself to her four times, all with the same face.

She's sure that after his close friends died one after another, he developed multiple personalities.

Poor thing. With her excess of saintly compassion, she decides to help him.

So she helps him, embraces him, and guides him, hoping to lead him out of the shadow of his friends' deaths.

Then a friend of hers who used to be a shrine maiden comes to visit from the countryside. The moment she sees her, she says anxiously:

“Oh my god, Ruri, you're being haunted by a ghost.”

Content Warnings:

◆ The main story does not save the characters. It takes place in the second year after the organization falls. The ending is open, but there will be a side story with a saving-the-characters route.

◆ The five members of the police academy squad all have one-sided feelings for the heroine. Not sure whether to break up any canon pairings. The heroine is saintly and devoted to saving people through love.
