Rumors about Mu Jinxuan spread across the internet like wildfire. Everyone waits for Lan Shu to come forward and clear her husband's name.

That day, Lan Shu stands before the cameras in a red dress, smiling gracefully. "It's false."

But that evening, she places her resignation and divorce papers on his desk.

For the first time, Mu Jinxuan's eyes redden. "Didn't you say it was false?"

Lan Shu looks at him. "I know it's false, but I'm tired."

The moment she turns and leaves, Mu Jinxuan finally admits that he's long since fallen in love with her.

He searches for Lan Shu like a madman. In the pouring rain, at the entrance to the villa, she finally tells him the truth. "I remembered a long time ago. I remember how we fell in love. I remember the look in your eyes when you pushed me out of the way on the day of the car accident. But you didn't..."
