Mischievous Rong

When Rong enrolled, the academy had more than two thousand school rules. By the time she graduated, it had more than four thousand, and she was responsible for a quarter of them.

New Rule 1: No experimenting with explosives in the dormitory.

New Rule 2: No using kites to fly into the sky.

New Rule 3: No fishing with homemade bait.

New Rule n+1: No using foreign patients who come here for treatment to conduct biomedical research.

New Rule n+2: No researching missiles at the academy.

P.S. The protagonist is a child and will remain a little one until the main story ends, so this leans toward children's literature.

Theme: If you leave a cub alone for three days, she'll tear the roof off.
