Wesley has been feeling very excited lately.
She’s taking part in the filming of a slice-of-life documentary, and she’s the star of it, too.
Wesley can’t wait to show the world what her life has been like since returning to the land of the living!
And if she can make those hidebound old fossils in the royal family so mad they smoke, all the better!
The only thing getting her down is that her neighbor doesn’t seem to like her.
No matter. Wesley is a good girl with a strong will.
She’ll win him over with her charm!

Bruce has been having a hard time lately.
His neighbor is always dropping by, and even bothers his butler when Bruce is out on patrol.
To keep his vigilante identity under wraps, Bruce has to sneak home every night.
But there’s no getting around his vampire neighbor’s uncanny ability to appear out of nowhere.
She always manages to surprise him just when his guard is down.
Like dressing up as his late grandmother in broad daylight to scare off his date.
“Wesley, you’re smoking...”
“What?! How did you see through my flawless disguise?”
Bruce’s mouth twitched as he pointed to the people behind Wesley: the ones carrying cameras, holding boom mics, and tipping their heads back to drink mineral water, along with the rest of the film crew.
Wesley’s plan had failed spectacularly.
Damn it, she should’ve disguised the crew, too...
Wait, she was about to burn to death in the sunlight!
“Bats, save me!”
No, wait, Bats is afraid of the light, too!
Now Wesley was really in trouble.

[Before You Watch]
1. Told in the style of a mockumentary, with an omniscient narrator (the director's perspective), lots of dialogue, and frequent scene changes. Read at your own discretion.
2. Tons of headcanon, with an OOC warning! A parallel universe with no Batfamily. This is my take on Batman: a young man nearing thirty, loose-lipped and still a fresh face, having only recently made his debut. The heroine is beautiful and strong, but also a bit of a scatterbrain.
3. A lighthearted, silly, warm, and fluffy slice-of-life story. The plot has been completely reworked, with a few original major events here and there. Don't expect historical accuracy.
4. The relationship isn't purely romantic. It's something of a mix of family, friendship, and love, so proceed with caution if that's not your thing.
5. Contains all kinds of jokes and emotional misunderstandings (including, but not limited to, BG relationships!). Readers who prefer their pairings free of complications, proceed with caution. Recommended for readers aged eighteen and over. Apologies in advance if anything offends you.
6. A crossover with a whole bunch of works, most of which are only mentioned in passing or feature brief cameos. The story mainly focuses on the heroine and Batman. Nothing said by the characters in the story represents the author's own views.
7. There may be a tiny bit of potentially upsetting violence, but don't worry, it'll be cut later! Anything that doesn't get cut is definitely the director's perverse sense of humor.
8. Finally, if you've made it this far and decide to give this story a try, everyone on the crew wishes you an enjoyable viewing!
P.S. The author writes whatever comes to mind, just for fun, so this story is bound to get abandoned XD Run while you can!
Theme: I can't think of one
