After My First Embrace of the Alpha Male Lead

Synopsis saved from a screenshot on March 19, 2025

As the ruler of Rust City, Ning Jue is a top-tier Alpha with awakened vampire abilities, and has lived far longer than an ordinary person.

The residents all say that Mr. Ning is a strict yet benevolent lord, and that he will surely lead Rust City to prosperity and make it the greatest city on the Tideborn Continent.

Ning Jue thought so too, until he accidentally caught a glimpse of the Book of the World.

It told the story of an orphan who awakened a rare ability while wandering, differentiated as a top Alpha, and went on to save the world. The plot was formulaic but satisfying, like the trashy bathroom reads of an ancient era.

Rust City was the first major dungeon in the book, and it was struck by an epidemic as soon as it appeared. Ning Jue was the dungeon's final boss, as well as the first major villain the protagonist killed.

But...

Unlike what the book said, the Alpha who was supposed to wander until he awakened his ability and set off on an adventure, the protagonist who would drive a sword through Ning Jue's heart and purify him with a cross...

Had been brought home by Ning Jue ten years ago.

Back then, he was an undifferentiated boy. Every Friday night, he would wash himself clean and wait obediently outside Ning Jue's door, offering him fresh, sweet blood.

He was Ning Jue's most loyal guard, a child Ning Jue had raised with his own hands.

*Irresponsible little skit:

Ning Jue: Are you unhappy with me?

Xie Shu: No, sir.

Ning Jue: No, I know there's something on your mind that you haven't been honest with me about. Do you know what happens if you're not honest with me?

Xie Shu: I become your servant forever.

Ning Jue: ...Why are you blushing?
