Wen He had three little cats named Nian Gao, Tangyuan, and Nuomi.

Lu Shen had three big dogs named Mantou, Doubao, and Dabing.

The day the apocalypse arrived, Wen He was looking for her cats in the garden downstairs, while Lu Shen was walking his dogs in the green belt nearby.

A voice told them: The nearest unclaimed safe house has appeared five meters ahead. It can accommodate 10 living beings.

Wen He and Lu Shen exchanged a glance, then rushed toward the safe house with their cats and dogs in their arms. From then on, they became roommates.
