My Identity Is a Cultural Relic That Gained Sentience [Comprehensive: Cultural Treasures]

[A crossover fanfic based on the game Wenhua Yixin, featuring secret identities. The protagonist is original, and there's a reason for the disguise. I'll do my best to make it understandable even if you don't play the game.]

[It'd be even better if you'd check out our scrappy little game!]

It's not to save the world, nor exactly to save myself.

My world is already as good as finished in a way. As a Foundation collector who made it to the end despite being an outsider, He Ming is now in a world that isn't his, using a face and body that aren't his.

And working overtime with nobody to keep an eye on him.

He came here as a lab rat, yet somehow ended up doing a job he never imagined: fighting distortions.

Damn these distortions! Back when I worked an office job, you made me work overtime, pulling all-nighters for months just to finish the distortion report. I sent it to the Five Pillars and the others, and they transmitted it to a terminal in another world. Now their world has been destroyed, and I'm still working overtime!

And so the former office worker set off on the path of impersonating sentient cultural artifacts and fighting distortions.

*Note: Includes a fictionalized bad-ending timeline from the archives. In the protagonist's original world, some Artifacts died.

*I'll slowly add tags once I've settled on the specifics.
