After passing the graduate school entrance exam, Lu Yao was so excited that he died suddenly and got bound to a System.

"You are now bound to the Villain System. Complete missions and earn enough points to get a chance to come back to life."

"Huh??"

Lu Yao regretted it. He shouldn't have stayed up for three nights straight. Now he was too scared to even step on an ant. How could he be expected to play the villain?

"I'm not doing it!" He lay flat and gave up. "Just getting ready for the graduate school exam was exhausting enough to make my hair fall out in patches. Now you want me to be a villain too? I'm not doing it! I might as well stay dead. At least then I can relax!"

The System had never seen a Host who wanted to die. "You don't get a choice."

Lu Yao's vision went black. When he woke up again, a ring of men in sunglasses and black suits stood around him.

"Ugh." He held his aching head. "Where am I?"

Wait, why was everyone speaking Korean?

The men crowded around him and asked anxiously, "Young Master, you're awake!"

Holy crap, I can understand Korean?

The System's voice rang in his ears. "Welcome to The Kiss of Thorns. You are Li Jun, a creditor of Jiang Shixun's father. Your first mission is to collect a debt from Jiang Shixun, make him work at a nightclub, and have him meet the other male lead, Liu Taiying."

Lu Yao shouted, "I'm not doing it! Send me back, or let me die! Otherwise, don't expect me to become a thug!"

The System snickered. "Those are your words~"

The next second, the men in black abruptly stood up. Two of them grabbed him menacingly.

"What are you doing? What are you doing? What are you doing??"

"Let go! You can't win an argument, so you resort to violence? That's shameless!"

"Well? Are you going to do it or not?"

"I @%#**."

"If you won't do it, shall I keep going?"

"No!"

"So, are you going to do it? I'll give you thirty seconds to think it over~"

Damn it, Lu Yao gritted his teeth. He could die, but he wasn't going to let them beat him to death like this. He was a straight man, a manly straight man!!

With the principle that a man may be killed but not humiliated, he agreed to the System's demand and went to Jiang Shixun's home to collect the debt.

When the door opened and Lu Yao saw Jiang Shixun, he couldn't help clicking his tongue. Good lord, that waist, those legs, that skin, as smooth as tofu.

Jiang Shixun's family lived in a semi-basement. His grandmother was sick, his father was an alcoholic, and his mother had left home. To pay for his grandmother's medical bills, he had dropped out of high school and worked odd jobs wherever he could.

The pressure of life left him struggling to breathe, but Li Jun's (Lu Yao's) arrival somehow gave him his first taste of joy in life.

First, Li Jun threatened to chop off all his fingers. Then, behind his back, he slipped him a nightclub manager's business card and a wad of cash.

When Jiang Shixun was working at the nightclub, a friend of Liu Taiying's forced him to drink. Li Jun suddenly appeared and threatened to make him serve drinks, but then took him home and gave him medicine to sober up.

When people gave him a hard time at the convenience store, Li Jun arrived with his men and demanded protection money from the manager, then gave all of it to Jiang Shixun afterward.

Li Jun was always cold to him in front of others and gentle with him in private. Jiang Shixun gradually fell in love with him, and grew curious about why he treated him so well, and why he was so harsh with him.

The more Lu Yao helped Jiang Shixun, the farther Jiang Shixun drifted from Liu Taiying, leaving the mission nowhere near completion.

So he had to find a chance to make Jiang Shixun overhear his cruel words.

"That kid Jiang Shixun is just like a dog. I wave my hand and he comes running, haha. Isn't that pathetic? Just watch. Once he's completely in love with me, I'll send him overseas to serve people and make money for me."

He thought that would make Jiang Shixun seek help from Liu Taiying, but instead he shot himself in the foot.

After a car accident left him paralyzed from the waist down, he was forced to flee with Jiang Shixun from his enemies.

Jiang Shixun knelt beside his bed and stroked his face. Remembering what he had said, he wore a sinister expression. "You're awake, Mr. Creditor."
