That's how it started, so now Meow-Meow is going to send this kid off to cause trouble for everyone else.
We know To's blended genes come from his first dad, his second father, and that kid from the Karasuma family.

Miyazawa Aoki (panicking): We're doomed, Master! That kid from the Morikawa family chewed up our dojo's signboard!
Karasuma Renya (looking horrified): N-no, I mean, absolutely do not let him near...
Brandy: Boss, the young master... uh, tore (chewed) down the load-bearing wall of Base No. 3.
Karasuma Renya: (heart attack)
Brandy: The good news is there were no casualties.
Karasuma Renya: (just starting to breathe a sigh of relief)
Brandy: The bad news is the young master is missing.
Karasuma Renya: (passes out)
Vodka (hesitates for a moment): B-Brother?
Gin (with hair that looks like it was chewed by a dog): What is it? (murderous look)
Vodka: (shuts up)
Gin: (grits his teeth)
Hagiwara Kenji: Didn't they say the area had been completely evacuated? Why is there still a kid here?
Hagiwara Kenji (panicking): Hey! Kid, you can't eat that... (questioning his life choices)
Morikawa To: (silent) (blank stare) (smoke coming out of his mouth) (P.S. It tastes awful. Yuck!)
Hagiwara Kenji (frantic): Aaaah! Call an ambulance!
Morofushi Hiromitsu (stunned) (comes to his senses): Morikawa! You can't chew on Amuro's head!
Furuya Rei (soul leaving his body): My hair... (the victim, Gin, silently gives a thumbs-up)
Mouri Ran: Conan really is popular with kids.
Kudou Shinichi: (deadpan) That's my cowlick. You can't eat it.
Morikawa To: Grrr!
