The Miyano Family's Extra Little Darling

Yuanye Jiusi is an adorable, well-behaved boy who cries easily. He may be vicious to everyone else, but with the people he cares about, he's still just a crybaby.

Boss Grandpa has high hopes for him,

Mommy Elena bakes him little cookies,

Uncle Atsushi brings him exquisite puzzles,

Big Sisters Akemi and Sharon take him shopping,

Big Brother Kurosawa trains with him,

and Uncle Rum makes sushi for him.

Even after he grows up...

Big Brother Rye buys him ice pops,

Hikari makes him desserts,

Toru lets him get things for free in broad daylight,

Miss Azusa takes him grocery shopping,

Kenji sneaks him out for a joyride behind Matsuda's back,

and Conan competes with him to solve cases.

Though in the end, many of the people Jiusi cares about either die or leave, Jiusi still feels like a happy boy.

Even if, even if it was all a scheme from the very beginning.

Jiusi thinks this must be the price of happiness.

"It's time for me to go, because my time to be happy is over!"
