"What is that huge building shaped like a pineapple?!"
"It's a gymnasium, specifically for playing volleyball!"
"Then what about that rectangular building with a Krusty Krab sign by the entrance?"
"That's the cafeteria. The burgers inside are delicious!"
"And that building that looks like a rock someone tossed on the ground, with a weird stick stuck in it?"
"You're so silly, haha! That's the dormitory!"
It's pretty obvious, right?
The person asking swallowed nervously and asked one last question:
"Then how did they all suddenly appear overnight?"
Is it really that obvious?
Karasuno High School, located in the countryside of Miyagi Prefecture, has recently been rocked by a major event.
Several simple yet kawaii buildings have sprung up out of nowhere, followed by introductions from the teachers in every classroom.
"Bikini Bottom High School, from the United States, is visiting Karasuno for a volleyball exchange program. We hope you can all get along during their stay."
"They're from America! That's incredible."
"Don't say it, don't say it."
And the new transfer students look just as mysterious as the buildings that appeared out of nowhere...
Utterly mysterious...
Transfer Student No. 1
A cheerful yellow sponge dishcloth who looks like a fool, with yellow hair, sapphire-blue eyes, and two buck teeth that show whenever he opens his mouth in a smile.
In Kageyama's eyes, he looks a lot like the orange-haired guy on his team who loves volleyball.
Every day at exactly 4:30, the transfer student appears at the entrance to the volleyball court, shouting excitedly:
"I'm ready! I'm ready! I'm ready! I'm ready!"
He doesn't just have an extraordinary love for volleyball himself. He even enthusiastically drags his teammates and opponents into working hard alongside him.
"Don't you think playing volleyball is the happiest, most wonderful thing in the world~"
Squidward/Tsukishima Kei, woken up at three in the morning and bleary-eyed: I don't think so...
Transfer Student No. 2
This guy has pink hair and looks harmless, like a law-abiding citizen. But once you get to know him, you realize there's nothing going on in his head. He's dim and goofy, and looks like he's drooling at the mouth, too stupid to even speak properly...
Hey, hey, why are the insults getting worse?!
But for all his scatterbrained antics, his plays on the court are tricky and unexpected. Sometimes, his skill is so astonishing you wonder if he's a hidden genius!
"You..."
"How do you..."
Kageyama Tobio struggled to ask for advice. "How do you make sets that match what your spiker wants?"
Patrick Star: "Because SpongeBob and I are the best friends in the world!"
Kageyama Tobio: So that's how you can set the ball where your teammate can hit it!
His gaze sharpened as he turned toward the orange-haired guy, who had no idea what was going on.
If that's all it takes to do it, then he, too, would become the very, very best friends with the orange-haired guy (gag)!
And Bikini Bottom High School has seven of these weirdos!
The Miyagi Prefecture teams being tormented: Don't come any closer!
Luckily, there was still a way out. Soon, it wasn't just the teams in their prefecture who were suffering. Bikini Bottom High School broke out of Miyagi and charged straight toward the national tournament!
All the prefectural teams: Please, seriously, don't come over here!!!
