After an Unlucky Office Worker Crossed into an ABO World

A corporate drone has been living in an ABO world for three years.

Aside from having to face six categories whenever he uses the restroom, often mistaking people's genders because he can't smell pheromones, and having to calm the people around him every few days when they get irritable during their rut or heat, life has been pretty decent.

Besides, he had no family or friends to speak of in his old world, and nothing to tie him down. A job is a job, wherever you do it.

But everything changed one day at a department get-together, when he offered to let a colleague whose rut had flared up bite the back of his neck to calm down.

The next day, the corporate drone stared in bewilderment as his colleague, cheeks flushed, asked him to date: Sorry, I didn't mean it that way.

His rejected colleague looked like he was about to cry: B-but, senpai, you said I could bite you QAQ...

The corporate drone: ?

He turned around and sent a group message to his alpha boss, his boss's omega fiancee, the alpha neighbor across the hall, and everyone else on the list: Didn't you say biting someone's neck was a normal way to calm them down?

Please note:

1. I started writing this on a whim, basically writing what I personally wanted to read. Updates will be irregular.

2. Short story, not contracted. It's an outline-style story and will be finished in under 30,000 words.

3. Not 1v1. I don't know how it'll end, either.

Theme: Listening to all sides brings clarity; listening to only one side leads to misplaced trust.
