The synopsis for the upcoming novel Third-Rate Detective is at the bottom.
A soft, brown-curled bottom who lies flat and plays the pig to eat the tiger x a white-haired, blue-eyed top who acts aloof
When Liang Qize received an exchange-student offer from Crayanton Academy, he was leisurely sipping tea.
With not a speck of magic to his name, he was shoved onto a ship by his butler with a wand in hand, and set off in a daze for the Eastern Yue Kingdom, across the Chetler Ocean.
Thus began his cheat-like journey through the ranks of magic. Thanks to his Eastern heritage, he forged his own path in potion-making class and created an entirely new system.
With his harmless-looking face and his slow way of speaking, drinking tea, and doing everything else, Liang Qize naturally caught the eye of the academy's dark mages.
Liang Qize, quietly: Don't come any closer. I'm scared.
Adrian steps in front of him, glancing sideways. "I'll protect you."
Liang Qize: Thank you.
And so Adrian became the bodyguard of the slow-speaking exchange student.
During their adventures at the academy, everyone witnessed a rare sight:
Adrian, a senior in the Practical Magic Academy, wearing a sulky expression and pleading in a low voice: "Liang, I swear I'll go to bed early. Please don't make me sleep on the sofa."
Or the little Eastern magician frowning as he held a bowl of foul-smelling herbs, sneaking them into his senior's mouth while he napped at lunchtime.
Or Liang Qize drawing big whiskers on the sleeping Adrian's face while writing couplets, then claiming they were a spell.
Later, when war in the magical world was about to break out, Adrian couldn't make it back, and Liang Qize dealt with the enemy on his own.
Adrian: You nearly scared me to death, babe! Aren't you supposed to be a weak Eastern magician?
Liang Qize (putting a handful of goji berries and black dates into the thermos he gave Adrian): Well, from a health-preserving perspective, magic is best used in moderation. That's why I avoid using it whenever I can.
Later still, Adrian: Why is the exchange program so short...? How did two semesters fly by so fast?
Liang Qize (smiling): It was lovely meeting you, senior. Goodbye.
Adrian: You heartless little thing...
Liang Qize stuffed all sorts of Chinese medicine prescriptions, recipes, seasonings, spring couplets, and lucky pouches into Adrian's arms, then patted them into place.
Adrian: Hey... you really don't feel anything for me?
Liang Qize (blinking): Didn't you stay by my side because you're in poor health and wanted me to help you stay healthy?
Adrian: ??????
He grabbed Liang Qize and tossed him onto the bed. "How about you find out tonight whether I'm in poor health?"
And so, in the days that followed, the rest of the academy saw Liang Qize, his face red, bracing himself against Adrian.
"N-no, senior... You need to take it easy and look after your health."
Probably a slow burn, with a mild harem-like vibe but a one-on-one pairing.
Below is the synopsis for the upcoming novel Third-Rate Detective:
Before meeting Epsilon, Philte was always taking on petty cases, like finding Mrs. Linton's lost kitten or keeping watch for the child stealing flowers from Mr. Kate's garden.
Abandoned by his parents, the poor child could only scrape by with this work.
But on a rainy, gloomy day in L City, the excessively lavishly dressed Epsilon, wearing a black top hat, pushed open the dilapidated door of the "District 83 Agency." "Hello. I hope you can help me find someone..."
Philte hadn't had a client in an entire week, so he immediately agreed. It might be a small case, but at least he wouldn't have to go hungry!
Later, he failed to find the person and instead got caught up in a murder plot years in the making. Even his parents' traces appeared in the case.
When the trial was over and everything had settled, he asked Epsilon, "You did it on purpose, didn't you?"
With his opponent's blood smeared across his face, Epsilon smiled and bowed. "Of course not. I simply hoped to invite you to take part in this grand performance. As the final act, would you marry me?"
Theme: Protect love and peace.
This magic school is too bad. A new student can ignore the principal's words and forcefully find trouble, so that he can be demoted...
Hahaha, I took care of Xiao Gong right from the start. I have to say it feels like Hogwarts.
[Picking the brain][picking the brain][picking the brain]... That's too outrageous
I was deceived by the copywriter and only have three chapters. Hurry up and write it.
