An idea for a rather old-fashioned sorcerer in the Jujutsu world. Pure romance, please bookmark it~
Lin Qingxu is an exchange student at Jujutsu High. He follows Taoism, stiffly performing hand seals and chanting spells, and carries a sword.
The first time Gojo Satoru met him was when he was a cocky sixteen-year-old. He played with Lin Qingxu's sword, stole his jade pendant, burned his talismans, and even stuck his tongue out at him.
He didn't mean any harm. He just thought the sight of that stiff little traditionalist getting so flustered he blushed was beautiful.
Lin Qingxu really was beautiful: stubborn and beautiful. When he looked up with tears welling in his eyes and stubbornly glared at someone, Gojo Satoru would freeze, talisman in hand.
He seemed to suddenly understand what the little traditionalist was always scolding him for: "Your Daoist heart is unsteady." His heart really was unsteady. It raced whenever he saw that person.
So he started teasing him even more.
When the exchange program was nearly over, the two of them fought, a thoroughly satisfying fight. In the end, Lin Qingxu straddled his waist, leaned over, gripped his throat, and pointed his sword at him. His beautiful little face twisted with anger as if he wanted to say something, but in the end he said nothing.
He only turned his head and said, "We'll never see each other again anyway."
So what if we don't? I don't care either.
That's what Gojo Satoru thought at the time. After all, in the cruel world of jujutsu, it's normal for a connection to fade and end.
But he regretted it soon enough.
.
More than ten years later, their reunion hit him like a raging flood.
Lin Qingxu was still just as beautiful. His long hair was casually tied into a bun at the back of his head, and he was wearing a restaurant apron as he stepped out of a cafe to water the flowers.
Gojo Satoru was holding a bag of Kikufuku. His work phone was ringing incessantly beside his ear, and he wanted to go say hello.
But then someone else came out from behind Lin Qingxu. Gojo didn't recognize him. He wore a Chinese-style tunic, carried himself with quiet strength, and had a little bird perched on his shoulder.
Who was this guy? Who was this guy?!
Gojo was angry. He had no right to be, but he was angry anyway. He was about to march over and demand an explanation when, the next second, he saw them...
Kiss.
P.S.:
1. Lots of people will fall for the beautiful little traditionalist. It's a bit like Gojo chasing his wife after years apart, only to discover she's a heartthrob with countless rivals.
2. Pure romance (probably). Please bookmark it and give the author some encouragement!
3. Please don't mention other works under this one, and don't mention this work under other works either. Thanks for cooperating~
