This Is So Exciting! [Crime Investigation]

(I'm building up a backlog)

Synopsis:

Even if thousands of people say Lin Buyan is well-behaved, quiet, and the very picture of a good student, Wen Zhong will only tell them to get their eyes fixed before they speak.

He swears on the badge on his chest: Lin Buyan is absolutely a troublemaker, a rebellious kid, a little brat tap-dancing on his trigeminal nerve!

Even worse, this little brat isn't afraid of dying!

Ever since he got bound to an uncivilized System for the promotion of civilization, Lin Buyan has been getting excited more and more often.

Contract killings, a criminal organization, a beauty with a snake's bones... One by one, chains of utterly dark crimes weave into a net and rise to the surface, trying to drag even more lambs into the abyss.

He only stumbled across a few clues by chance, but eagerly dove into the net to enjoy the thrill of facing off against criminals.

Not in the name of justice, but doing what is just.

Lin Buyan: Unaware of how edgy he is / deadpan but always chasing thrills / slow to warm up, then develops an easily excited constitution - bottom

Wen Zhong: Fierce and handsome / strong sense of responsibility / occasionally flies off the handle / explosive temper when it comes to the bottom - top

Content warnings:

1. An alternate world, very much an alternate world. The author almost named the places in the story "Rusty Lake."

2. The protagonists aren't perfect, and are growing in every way.

3. The top and bottom are four years apart. There's a slight size difference at first, but the bottom is still growing (absolutely).

Theme: Not in the name of justice, but doing what is just.
