Half a Day of Spring Sunshine

Short BG story. Both Gin and Akai appear, but the ending is with Akai.

Warning: Gin dies. This is not a love triangle.

A rare happy ending for Akai.

Alternating perspectives, third person.

They never spoke of that little incident that day, but carried on flirting with each other as usual, both understanding without a word.

They both knew, though, that days like these would not last much longer.

It's a short story, so no warnings. I just wanted to write about Gin and Akai.
