Could You Stop Pretending to Be an Omega? [Esports]

"Fated Feud" is the most popular game in the galaxy. Chi Lang joined the "Still Waters Run Deep" MGC team mid-season as their starting assassin.

Chi Lang is an Alpha. He says he only likes omegas, while Chu Jiangli has been pretending to be one.

After they get together, the truth comes out, and Chi Lang can't believe it.

Chu Jiangli tilts his head and smiles. "What? I'm only missing a reproductive tract. If you like penetration, I can get one installed."

Chi Lang's Perspective

There's a top-tier healer in the league. He's an omega with curly blond hair, big eyes, long lashes, and a face so beautiful it goes straight to Chi Lang's heart. When he gets an invitation from the "Still Waters Run Deep" team, he accepts right away without hesitation.

And his omega pheromones smell like Chi Lang's favorite thing, fresh mint.

Chi Lang is a reserved Alpha. Even when he likes someone, he doesn't dare make the first move. But the omega openly shows interest in him, releasing his pheromones in front of him from time to time. Everyone knows what it means when an omega releases pheromones in front of an Alpha. Chi Lang thinks it over for a long time and makes lots of preparations. He's even picked out names for their children after they get married.

Then he discovers that the omega isn't an omega at all, but an out-and-out Alpha, and his expression falls apart.

Break up! They have to break up! He only likes omegas!

Chu Jiangli's Perspective

He was diagnosed as an omega at birth. When he was older, he was sent to the School of Obedience. Filthy from head to toe, he jumped over the wall and ran all the way out. Just as he was about to be caught and dragged back, Chi Lang appeared in front of him like a god and helped him escape.

Later, Chi Lang forgot all about him. Chu Jiangli started playing "Fated Feud" for Chi Lang and became the top healer. He won his fourth star-system championship, but Chi Lang still didn't notice him. Whenever their teams played against each other, Chi Lang always looked away when their eyes met.

Well, if he used a few tricks to get Chi Lang onto his own team, surely he wouldn't be able to avoid him anymore.

Chi Lang likes omegas. Chu Jiangli can pretend to be one. After all, nobody could tell he was an Alpha if he didn't say so.

He got caught pretending to be an omega? Ha... There's no escaping now.
