And so, Teyvat gained a new sight to behold. While out on patrol, a Favonius Knight in Mondstadt spotted a flamboyantly dressed man fearlessly taunting a Rock Shieldwall Mitachurl. As the Millelith arrested criminals in Liyue, they’d see a man playing cards with the Treasure Hoarders with a beaming smile. He smiled, while they cried. A certain housekeeper in Inazuma would occasionally spot someone curled up in the tea room’s kotatsu, trembling and barely alive. In the Fortress of Meropide in Fontaine, someone would be having tea while rolling dice with the warden. In Natlan, someone dangled from the branches of a tree, bound by vines, while a man in blue and white sat beneath it reading a book and saying, “Shut up, you damned gambler.” Before he knew it, a familiar face had joined Mr. Aventurine on his adventures. Reader’s guide: 1. This was a spur-of-the-moment idea, written with my face on the keyboard. I just wanted to let Aventurine have some fun in Teyvat. 2. The CP is Ratio/Aventurine. I really ship them! 3. Teyvat is the main setting, with Honkai: Star Rail as a secondary one. Other characters besides Aventurine and Ratio may visit Teyvat later on. Please do your best to clear the game and stay alive!” Once, he’d been an invincible God of War, a blazing sun that knew no defeat. But now he felt his body temperature ebbing away and let out a faint mewl. At his most helpless and confused, a familiar figure picked him up and held him close. It was Bai E. In this dungeon world, he had forgotten everything and become an ordinary high school student. Disaster struck without warning. The kitten’s body gave Myriad Adversaries the ability to sense danger, but unable to speak, he could only help Bai E through each crisis the way a cat would. Then, after an accident, he discovered that kissing Bai E could briefly restore his human form and peak strength. An unusual team was born: Myriad Adversaries, a kitten who could renew his God of War status with kisses, and Bai E, a cheerful caretaker blessed with incredible luck, set out to clear the game. When their scattered teammates returned in strange ways across different dungeons, Myriad Adversaries finally realized they would have to face the crushing defeat they had never truly overcome!
