The Seventh Prison is a mysterious place. It appeared as soon as Otherworldly Demons began showing up in this universe. It's obvious that the place exists for one reason only: to deal with them.

Harlan Hall: real name uncertain, real identity uncertain. His public-facing identity is an Otherworldly Demon control specialist. In reality, he's just a prisoner, forced to work in handcuffs.

When a certain dark dimension accidentally merged with the main universe, Harlan's true form and the prison were kicked down from a higher dimension. The powers that be promised to release him once he fixed the problem. To that end, they gave him permission to use copies of the other prisoners in the prison as vessels to operate in.

He believed them. So he diligently dealt with Otherworldly Demons and painstakingly repaired dimensional rifts. But after leaving his contact information with a certain dark-clad superhero, jobs unrelated to demons started coming his way, too.

△ Their relationship develops pretty wildly, maybe.

△ The other prisoners in the prison are mere copies with no self-awareness. Only the protagonist was kicked down.

Theme: Think rationally.
