Yet It Burns

A man's secret crush / Rekindled love / A sweet little winter treat

A plainspoken, quiet man who's actually dark and twisted (driven mad version) x a cocky, capricious woman who wears her smugness on her face (heartless little thing version)

*I love you. What a clear, steadfast faith.

Ren Yue has been criticized by his wife, Shu Qia, again. She says he doesn't understand romance and has no style. He looks at his wife as her pitiful little face reddens around the eyes. She keeps accusing him: "You don't love me at all! You're always like this!"

After a long pause, Ren Yue says, "Don't you like it?" She'd just said she liked him like this, kissed him, called him the best husband in the world, and murmured "Brother, Xiao Yue, husband" in a daze of passion.

Shu Qia flies into a rage. "Get lost!"

2.

Ren Yue has actually liked Shu Qia for a long time, so long that he's forgotten why.

He likes Shu Qia. Even when she was his buddy's girlfriend and deliberately approached him with an ulterior motive, he willingly took the bait.

After Shu Qia broke up with his buddy, Ren Yue devoted himself to studying and spared no effort in supporting this demanding woman, until he finally won her over. Where there's a will, there's a way.

3.

Ren Yue likes Shu Qia. Ren Yue loves Shu Qia.

He loves his baby, his darling, his... Shu Qia.
