Tales of Strange Animals

Enemies to lovers

Loyal, silly top x alluring, tsundere beauty bottom

The world changed when the first animal discovered it could talk.

The first animal: Huh? Did I just talk? How can I talk? I'm not supposed to be able to talk!

Once there was a first, there was a second, a third... The relationship between humans and animals began to grow complicated.

Soon, humanity split into two sides. One believed that humans and animals should coexist harmoniously, and that humans shouldn't stand above animals. The other believed that animals were still animals, inferior to the noble human race, and saw nothing wrong with capturing and torturing them at will.

Duan Linchuan worked as an officer for the Animal Protection Bureau. When he saw Yu Lou at the Anti-Animal Association, he felt nothing but contempt.

What good was it to be good-looking?

He was rotten to the core, and utterly detestable!

So when Duan Linchuan later realized that his feelings for Yu Lou seemed to have changed, he couldn't accept it. His conscience condemned him fiercely.

Duan Linchuan: I can't believe I've sunk this low!

Yu Lou: Just admit it. You like me.

Duan Linchuan: I won't listen, I won't listen, I won't listen!

Just as Duan Linchuan's reason and feelings were at odds, one day a new colleague suddenly showed up. Smiling, the newcomer shook his hand and said, "Hello, my name is Yu Lou."

Duan Linchuan: ???

1. The whole thing is nonsense. Don't take it seriously.

2. It should be sweet, with a happy ending.

3. The final version may differ, so the story itself is the authority.
