The Bandage Spirit's Princess Dream

A super-sweet Taichuu alternate-universe story.

Dazai Osamu was adopted by Dr. Mori. He spent all day wrapped in the bandages he'd found in the medicine cabinet at home, facing the whole world with gloomy indifference.

Dr. Mori was deeply troubled by this. After coming home from work, he still had to worry about the child's mental health. It was a lot to ask of someone whose hairline was retreating further and further because of work.

Then one day, an elegant woman in a kimono moved in next door with the younger brother she'd adopted.

As Dazai read, he spotted the sunny orange-haired brat beside the woman through his half-open window.

Dazai: Tch, what a glare.

The orange-haired brat seemed to notice him looking and turned around, beaming even more brightly.

Dazai immediately shut his book and closed the window, blocking out the blinding sunlight.
