The False Saint's Path to Godhood

A hundred years from now, a flawless Saintess will descend upon the world. She will bring light and rain, drive away all darkness, and grant eternal peace to all.

The Light Church: Prologue to the New Testament

The Saintess's coronation is just three days away. Fluta, uneasy in her ornate gown, studies etiquette in the palace for candidate Saintesses, a place where she feels entirely out of place.

Her teachers and maids praise how quickly she learns, while the other candidates envy her rapid progress.

Yet apart from the male priest named Hilaiper, nobody knows that just three days ago, Fluta was a washerwoman at a seedy inn. Back then, simply surviving was her greatest daily wish.
