After the Abundance's slumber, the Abominations of Abundance across the galaxy stopped running rampant. With no Abominations causing trouble for ages, Tian Feng Jun grew restless. Every day, he did his utmost to pester his colleagues in the Dragon Lords' group chat, finally persuading the other four Dragon Lords to go out together.

The five Dragon Lords requested several centuries' worth of accumulated leave from the Alliance, then borrowed temporary tickets from the Astral Express, ready to set off on a spur-of-the-moment trip.

But an accident struck during their jump. Accompanied by a mysterious scream of, "My ten-pull got five five-stars, and they were all off-banner!" they landed in a world called Teyvat.

The sky in this otherworld was blue, and the grass was green.

Aside from the fact that they seemed unable to get back, it was a perfect vacation spot.

To find a way back to Xianzhou, the five dragons decided to pay a visit to the seven gods who ruled this world.

But during the battle on Celestia, the old Sustainer fell into an eternal slumber, while the golden-haired twins and the gods of this world never returned.

I: Only Longing and the Returning Wind Remain

With another Windblume Festival approaching, the Holy Lyre der Himmel was stolen once more. Yet Grand Master Varka entrusted the hope of recovering the sacred relic to two visitors from another world.

II: Glazed Clouds Above the Moonlit Stone

Ancient scenes from history have been appearing throughout Liyue lately. As Yan Ting first arrived, he was beset by a white-clad female ghost with enormous sleeves. She seemed to have been quite familiar with the late Geo Archon.

III: When the Scarlet Sakura Fall

The puppet once known as Scaramouche returned to his homeland. He declared that the Raiden Shogun was dead, refusing to acknowledge that the one in Tenshukaku was Beelzebul. Tian Feng, who happened to run into him, went to investigate alone, only to be mistaken for an intruder by the Shogun.

IV: Roses Bloom Beneath the Moon

The Dendro Archon had lost her divine form, and all of Sumeru City was exhausting its wisdom to make a new body for their god. Just then, Kun Gang, who had spent a thousand years at the Jade Palace studying the nature of Abundance and immortality, arrived.

V: All Life Returns to the Same Sea

Still active on the stage, the Hydro Archon regretfully informed the visitors from beyond that the Hydro Dragon Sovereign, who truly held the authority, had been missing for a long time.

VI: The Sun's Return

Natlan was holding a special Pilgrimage of the Sacred Flame to elect a new Pyro Archon. The Pyro Archon, who relied on the sacred flame to remain lucid, once again awaited a traveler from beyond the stars.

VII: Before Ten Thousand Springs

The Tsaritsa was nowhere to be found, but there were clues to the White Sand Emperor's soul. A lantern wisp, recently plagued by troublesome spirits, invited Gu Yuan to visit the White Sand Emperor's burial place and teach the persistent ghost of her former boss a lesson.

VIII: Then, Welcome to the World

Reader Advisory:

1. This story was first conceived while I was writing my previous work, so it inherits some of that book's main plot. You can still read this without having read the previous story; any necessary background will be briefly covered in the author's notes for Chapter One.

2. To maintain the overall tone and keep the story to a manageable length, I won't delve too deeply into the worldbuilding. For the sake of narrative logic (and because neither original work is finished yet), I've made many changes and additions to both world settings without much regard for canon. Having learned from my last story, I've simplified the plot and cast while trying to preserve the characters' personalities.

3. The Honkai: Star Rail setting is mainly based on the period before Amphoreus (it hadn't been released when I wrote the previous book, so a lot of things won't line up with later developments). For length's sake, only some Genshin Impact characters will appear. Since the Snezhnaya storyline hasn't been released yet, everything related to it is pure nonsense.

4. No couples, no original characters. Any out-of-character writing is due to the author's lack of skill and has nothing to do with the characters or HoYoverse.

5. The Dragon Lords' past characterization is made up; Dan Heng and Dan Feng are one person in version 1.5, so be warned. The postwar peace in Genshin Impact is illogical, and the worldbuilding is forcibly combined without regard for logic, so be warned.

6. All chapter titles come from in-game monthly card nameplate text.

7. I quit the game after Fontaine and only returned recently. During that time, I mainly played through the main story, so some side-story details may be wrong or overlooked. My apologies in advance.

8. For ease of reading, I won't give the other Dragon Lords individual names.
