Wintergreen ABO

That's just how Qin Lan is. He's a born good person, a damn good person in an age when people and ghosts are turned upside down and gods and demons are all mixed up. His conscience holds an unshakable place in his heart. Just look at the stupid things it's made him do:

Five years ago, he recklessly saved an enemy in dire straits, and got a bullet in return. He never learns! Five years later, Qin Lan came back again. Unable to bear the thought of his enemy meeting the fate he deserved, he accepted the mission and, on his own initiative, stepped into Xilin's bizarre, lightless destiny.

What is this world supposed to be like? The Empire has one vision, the Alliance another, one dark and one bright. Qin Lan describes yet another. He brings a row of flowerpots by the doorway that might never grow flowers, a photograph that might be forgotten forever, and an embrace between two people on the verge of death in a downpour.

It was as if Xilin had seen another human being in this world clearly for the first time. The feeling was so strange that he couldn't help laughing. He slowly walked around the seeds in the soil. The soft earth was like a layer of damp, heavy cotton, like walking on clouds.

Forget it, I really don't know how to write a blurb. This will have to do. = =

* An ABO world with four genders: male A, B, O, and female

* One-on-one, happy ending, no secondary couples. Except for Qin, Xiao Dongqing has no romantic feelings or relationship with any other A, only pure hatred. The rest is all local gossip and rumors.

* I won't censor the wording. If there's profanity, I'll mask it with asterisks myself.

* An original interstellar setting, with not-too-serious war depictions and utterly outrageous political depictions.

* Xilin means holly and hope in Welsh.

* While drafting the later outline, I made some changes to the background and setting introduced earlier. If I can't include them in the main story, I'll do my best to preserve them in bonus chapters.

Theme: Keep your heart full of light, even when surrounded by darkness.
