[Honkai: Star Rail] The Savior Is Reborn in Penacony and Gets Watched by an Audience

Warning: This is an unconventional watch-along story, just a change of pace. Amphoreus’s story hasn’t finished yet, so I made everything up. There’s no lore research or rigorous worldbuilding logic.

1

I’m Bai E, an ordinary student at Dreamweaver Academy of Penacony Origami University. My dream is to save enough money one day to go out into the wider world and start a hero’s adventure. For now, I’m working all over the place to pay my tuition.

One day, my roommate, the mysterious Yuan, came to me and said he had a short-term job to recommend. So I went to the Penacony Grand Theater for an audition and was ultimately chosen for the lead role, playing a hero who sets out from a quiet little village.

I opened the script. It was called The Heroes of Amphoreus: The story takes place in an isolated world called Amphoreus, where the chosen will become Chrysos Heirs and fulfill their duty to slay the gods. You will play a Chrysos Heir known as the Savior, embark on a journey to chase the flame, and gradually uncover the truth of the world...

2

At last, the journey to chase the flame came to an end. The heroes returned from the dead, and the visitors from beyond the stars had departed. Only one person failed to return from the abyss’s far end. The world praised the Savior, while his friends sank into lasting grief.

One day, a screen suddenly appeared in the sky above Okhema. On it was a white-haired young man in a school uniform, standing in an unfamiliar academy and scratching his head in front of a professor. Then a voice-over began: “I’m Bai E, a student at Dreamweaver Academy of Origami University...”

He looks so happy now, the Chrysos Heirs thought.

[At the end of endless cycles, can he find salvation too?]
