I Just Wanted to Cook and Cultivate, What's the Big Deal?

Blurb:

There's an ordinary cultivation university here.

There's a group of ordinary cultivation students who are kind to others.

In the alchemy department of this ordinary cultivation university, there's an ordinary alchemist.

His surname is Dong and his given name is Miao. He's always been at the bottom of his department, a real academic failure.

This advanced subject of alchemy is completely beyond him. The struggling student decides to give up on studying pills and elixirs, and instead picks up his favorite huge iron wok. Even after graduation, he figures he'll never go hungry.

Ordinary Dong Miao thinks he can hone his cooking skills in his spare time and graduate with a clear career goal.

And so...

An unremarkable story finds its own unique path.

Then...

"I used to be kind to everyone, but kindness doesn't put food on the table. Don't blame me for being ruthless!"

"If your magic is no good, don't blame others for being too good at their tricks. You talisman cultivators can't earn a living, but what does that have to do with us artifact refiners? Move aside, I'm going to eat!"

"Fine, fine, none of you have any shame? Don't blame us, then!"

"I'm getting this bowl of beef noodles today! Not even the gods can stop me!"

Question: Have you ever risked your life for anything?

Answer: Thanks for asking. For the sake of food, the whole school, teachers and students alike, are risking their lives.

Dong Miao believes that every discipline has its own specialty, and that those who learn first should guide those who learn later. On the right path, you can not only succeed in cultivation, but also win yourself a handsome boyfriend. That's a deal with nothing to lose.

But in reality...

"He used to be my idol, but now he's my lifelong enemy!"

"I saw it! He can still order food! He can still order food!"

"So devious, just unbelievably devious!"

"The more I used to love his looks, the more I hate that face now. Dong Miao must have been fooled into treating him to meals just because of his looks."

PS: The whole story is lively chaos and mayhem. Even cultivation should have the warmth of everyday life.
