Isn't This Supposed to Be a Casual Game?

Thirty years ago, Yun Zhi, the First Marshal of Longxing, single-handedly slew a million star bugs and destroyed half of their teleportation portals in the Battle of Louqiao, bringing victory and peace to Longxing.

When the war ended, the Marshal collapsed amid cheers of victory, his mind thrown into disorder by the strain of overusing his mental powers.

Thirty years later, Yun Zhi was thawed from a cryogenic pod in a classified research base and woke up.

Since his body was still recovering and could barely bear his 3S-level mental powers, several professors planned to have him rest his mind inside a full-dive game.

After asking the decorated Marshal what he thought, the professors had a student familiar with games find a relaxing one for Yun Zhi.

A perfect fusion of ancient Longxing's tales of wandering heroes, with a fully immersive experience: the martial arts full-dive game The Roaming Heroes opens for public beta today.

Three great academies, twelve sects, righteous and wicked forces at odds.

The winds of change are stirring. Heroes, enter the fray!

Other players: frantically grinding levels, searching for hidden quests, trying to join reclusive sects, racking their brains to obtain high-grade martial arts manuals, and dying repeatedly while tackling dungeons.

Casual player Yun Zhi: repeatedly coming home empty-handed while fishing; making a pile of poisonous “dishes” while learning to cook, then tossing them into a lake and poisoning all the fish belonging to a reclusive sect leader; digging up a mysterious broken blade while turning soil to plant vegetables; stumbling into a hidden dungeon while trying to catch chickens and ducks to start a farm.

Using his sheer strength and brains to clear a high-difficulty dungeon all by himself, Yun Zhi nodded with satisfaction.

The boss was more fun than the star bugs in the full-dive training arena, but weaker than the high-level star bugs on the battlefield.

This really was a casual game.
